Cons:

The beds are old and lumpy and so are the pillows. The sheet are worn thin and they don't provide a blanket just a thin duvet. No makeup mirror or full length mirror. Breakfast was disappointing. The fruit was old and cereal was stale

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable and Staff (receptionist, room cleaners and breakfast attendant) were friendly and helpful.
Receptionist answered questions regarding various city address locations (directions), Cleaning crew responded to couple of questions and Breakfast attendant helped me get my first cup of coffee Saturday morning (very important!).
Breakfast options were kept full and area kept clean, also attendant was "at the ready" to help,

Pros:

quick and easy check in and out process. breakfast was good.

Cons:

was way to pricy for the quality of the stay. the beds are hard and old and the creak when you move on them. our tv connection didn’t stay on and the tv kept going in and out.

The location made it worth it
Pros:

The location was perfect!

Cons:

It wasn’t clean. The elevator was never cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed. I killed a bug in the elevator night one and it stayed there the entire stay. The pool area was very dirty.
