Air was half broken and it was hot. the ac unit itself was so noisy and the beds were so uncomfortable and the sheets were itchy. The shower felt like I was being pelted by tiny stones. Not worth the money that I paid. Also did an early check in on my phone through an email which took my id picture and my deposit from my credit card and when I arrived the front desk lady couldn’t find my reservation at all and made me redo the whole process. Also got charged twice.

I was only there to sleep and was not comfortable
Cons:

The entire hotel had a bad smell. Toilet paper was not filled. Pillows were lumpy and old.

It is a fine Budget Friendly Motel
Pros:

I booked the location in a pinch as I departed another property down the street. The standards overall were higher, but the facility itself is dated and worn down. It is what it is. It's a little shocking because the surrounding area, shopping, neighborhoods, etc., is very nice. I'm grateful they had a room, which was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The property is dated and worn from overuse. It needs TLC. It must be very challenging to manage as it is a budget motel.

Enjoyed our stay immensely and would not hesitate to stay again on another visit to Milwaukee.
Pros:

Hotel is looking a bit old but was exceptionally clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly - they couldn’t have been more kind.

Good location, great price with included breakfast.
Pros:

Good location. The building had been renovated, so even though you could tell it was older, everything was updated and clean. The breakfast area was well-maintained and all of the staff were very friendly.

Pros:

Close to many food places, close to other places I was going to. Wasn’t a bad location.

Cons:

Blankets and pillows with brown stains, carpet with red stains on the bed sides, needs extra towels in the room if someone is staying multiple nights, tv and remote did not work during my stay
