Too close to the freeway

The beds were small - full size.

No one was at the desk when I wanted to check in around 9:30 pm. I picked up the phone and called as instructed on the sign but it just rang and rang. A man came in from outside and said he could check me in and did so. The breakfast was okay as long as you don’t mind your eggs and sausage lukewarm. The lighting was terrible in the sink area. The TV choices were very limited even though it said it was Direct TV. And the choices on the menu did not match what was actually on the channels.

Paid $25 for early check-in at 11am, no problem. Left at 1130a to take my son to the hospital, came back at 2pm to find our room cleaned out, beds changed. Upon immediately calling the front desk, the manager tried to argue that I was supposed to check out that day, when we had just checked in (and paid extra to him personally at the front desk). He said he would talk to housekeeping and find out where all of our personal items ended up. He called back a few minutes later and said someone would be up with our things. Ok, fine. The plastic laundry bag the employee brought back only had my son's prescription medications and his clothes, which were ruined- it looked like our things had been thrown in the dumpster then dug out to bring back to us! All of our food- gone. So after getting my son back to the room and settled after a day of horrible medical testing, I had to leave to RE-BUY all of the snacks and sodas and Jersey Mike's subs I had brought for our dinner. When I got back, the employee kid had brought back the diet dew, smartwater and Brownie (the package was open!!) that had obviously been dug out of the dumpster, along with 2 bottles of Walmart water "for our trouble". Are you kidding me??

My son and I ended up leaving around 9pm and driving back home because after all of that crap, there were little kids in the room directly above us having a great time (I in NO way blame the kiddos or their parents) and it was impossible to relax, let alone sleep.

I gave it a few days, both to calm myself, and to give management the opportunity to reach out to me. A written apology would have gone a long way. I've gone from boiling mad, to incredibly disappointed and I want a refund.

Zero stars. Will not recommend.

Breakfast start to late on weekends

The beds were not comfortable and the fitted sheets kept slipping off. The room was humid and strong musty smelling. The pool and hot tub looked dirty/stained.

Not enough parking, the frigid made noise.

Not enough coffee

Only decaf in room no regular.
Bfast mostly gone and not replenished.
Should re-caulk all bathrooms... Leaky and unsightly. Clean carpets.

The room smelled. The coffee maker was dirty. There was no supplies for the coffee maker. The used shampoo wad in the shower with no unused one. Once we pulled down the covers on the bed we found the odor so offensive we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. It appeared as if the bed was made without using clean sheets
