Not friendly and ants
Pros:

Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, the male receptionist provided extremely poor service; he offered no greeting and appeared very impatient. Additionally, there were ants in the room.

While we expected to pay a fee for our pet we were very surprised to be told it was $50.00. This is not a high end hotel. It's adequate. Nothing more. I had checked the hotel web site and could not find a posted cost for a pet. Considering we entered through the back door, he's always quiet, and leaves no mess. it seems that hitting people with a $50 fee is excessive and well beyond the common $20 or $30 fees normally applied. And given it was a reservation we would have been charged the total room fee had we decided to change locations.

Felt like home away from home
Pros:

Everything the property exceeded my expectations from the staff to the breakfast and the facilities they made are stay welcome after the hardship we faced weeks prior I will definitely stay here anytime that I can.

Pros:

Our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs.
Also the air conditioner was noisy and didn't seem to cool the best.

Not really worth the money, run half heartedly and with lack of attention to detail

Cons:

Outside smelled like a dump in area. Elevator wasn’t working. Was on 2nd floor and I’m legally disabled. I can do stairs with difficulty but wasn’t easy. No room options to change. Room we were in was already taken. Had to go back down to get another room. They never cleaned it or restocked towels for the second night. Yes we had 2 separate reservations, they knew that when we checked in. I asked for a discount due to the inconveniences and was ignored by 2 employees. Won’t stay there again .

Perfect stay
Pros:

Staff is always professional, upon entry of the property, always visibly clean and welcoming. I enjoy the hot tea and coffee station. Room is always clean and comfortable
