Pros:

Clean place, friendly staff, and nice rooms. The little lounge was great, and the bartender was very funny and friendly. The larger refrigerator in the king suite was a much used bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast was satisfactory but not great. It was a fairly Standard Hotel breakfast consisting of eggs bacon, biscuits, and a waffle maker, plus a selection of cold items like cereal hard-boiled eggs and donuts.

Not bad but could be better for having an 8.1 rating.
Pros:

Location, pool, and most of the staff was great.

Cons:

Has a lot of maintenance issues (wallpaper peeling, damage to walls in the restroom, ect) and the walls are paper thin. The hotel wasnt busy but we were put next to other guests who were very loud (talking, tv, door slamming) throughout our stay. Not the staff's fault just made the stay less comfortable and enjoyable.

Very poor attitude from management and deceptive use of our debit card

Location and facilities were fine

Cons:

We were told we could have a late check out for $35 before we booked because of work needed to be done in the morning ending around 2:00pm. We then booked and arrived to find out we would have to talk to the manger in the morning to determine whether it was a possibility. When we talked to the manager in the morning, she said there was no way to do it, but eventually allowed us 1.5 hours after checkout after we told her that this is what was told to us before we booked. This helped a little in getting our work done, but then found out later that she changed us $50 for the extra hour and a half. For just a little bit more, we could have stayed an extra night. The current manager was not very nice and we would not recommend this hotel under her management.

Place was clean !
Pros:

The breakfast staff was great, such a wonderful smile the lady had. Wish I knew her name. All other staff decent. I really start my visits on how the family and I are treated at welcome.

Cons:

The main desk quoted an overnight stay cheaper than my discount at booking.com. Wish I would have locally booked
