Updated room was OK, pretty good view for location.

Cons:

Front desk staff not engaging at all.
Old hotel with common areas and restaurant worn and not kept tidy.
We were charged for beers purchased 2 days after we checked out, still no credit after calling 2 days ago, not happy with security or service.

It was a very comfy bed

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected for been a higher end scale for pricing for Gladstone there was hair in bathroom still and there was dust and hair on the carpets where you could tell hadn’t been vacuumed well
