Pretty good, but could be great!
Pros:

Location is good. Close to good pubs and a great little sailing club (sailing club is a bit dated but food is v good).
Rooms and beds were comfy (except for lounge chairs) and recently renovated.

Cons:

The common areas are undergoing a reno... it is what it is.
The denial of a request for an hour extension to the checkout time seemed a little unreasonable. They did offer us 30 mins so we won't be too harsh on them.
