Had a great stay and overall hotel was lovely just a few things mentioned that were disappointing
Pros:

Great location, very nice restaurant and staff

Cons:

Our room looked right at a wall that we could practically touch. Wished they might have given us a nicer view but the room itself was fine also restaurant bar closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night

We enjoyed being on Granville Island, but I don't think we would stay there again.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

They need new furniture. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible.

Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

Despite stating a more sustainable approach to cleaning towels were replaced daily, despite a written sign by me to not change towels.
Seems strange to complain about being too clean, but really there was no need to change towels daily - an unnecessary waste of energy for people and planet.

I didn't like that the stairs were so tucked away, as I prefer stairs than lifts/elevators. But this is not a problem just a preference

Best Island Vacation Ever!
Pros:

We've spent time at various hotels and locations throughout Vancouver over the years and quite enjoyed many of them, but none as much as we enjoyed Granville Island Hotel. Staying in a nice hotel on an Island with the Market, restaurants and food courts, artisans shops, buskers, parks and docks kept us happy and occupied for the full three days of our stay. All within an easy walk from the hotel. We highly recommend both the island and the hotel.

Ok.
Pros:

Great location!

Cons:

Does anybody in the hotel industry travel with another person. One little soap dish in shower for two people. My wife had her stuff on the floor. And the products that were stuck to the wall had a vile stench. Why scented products.

magnificent place to visit or vacation.
Pros:

location is very beautiful a view with a room is great the room was very well equipped and the beds are super comfy. room was very clean and no noise except for fog horns and planes. the services were very helpful and friendly.price the room was reasonable but the parking at the hotel is quite pricey I recommend parking just in granville island parking lots. And it was pet friendly at reasonable rates. And having granville market very close makes my experience more memorable.
