Views of False Creek. Walking distance to Granville market. Small hotel feel. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Parking is kind of expensive
All of it; we loved our stay! The location is perfect and the rooms were really well appointed
Nothing
Great location. Old style hotel, wearing its years well. Cozy quiet rooms with comfortable beds.
Superb restaurant with perfect breakfast and lovely views.
Customer service is excellent. Staff have found a lost item and are keeping it for us. So impressed.
Next time I will remember to ask for the house staff to wind down a bit on the ‘room fresheners’
Incredible location and very friendly and informative staff.
beutiful view from our upgraded room
This is an incredible location. Granville Island is quiet, quaint and has so much to explore. The hotel is older but is maintained very well. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate requests & are very friendly and kind. I felt well taken care of. I slept well, the beds are comfy, rooms are quiet and I had a beautiful view of Vancouver.
I do wish I could get coffee downstairs earlier than 7:30am but it’s ok! The one note about Granville Island and the surrounding area is many places don’t open until 8-9:00am, including the Public Market.
It was on the water, great views and even better restaurant downstairs!
They had a ice machine, and vending machine but no water dispenser.
The location was lovely, the staff all very kind and helpful. The restaurant had a limited menu but satisfactory.
The spa was only luke warm. The room was very small for the price point. Actual coffee was only available as take out in small cups from the restaurant after 7:30 am. I paid for parking that was nonexistent, required a phone call to the desk and a bit of scrambling then waiting for assistance to squeeze in the lot.
This is a great location to stay when in Vancouver. You are right on Granville Island so only a 450 metre walk to the main market with lots of other stores and theatres only steps from the hotel. The hotel is centrally located so easy to get to all parts of Vancouver.
Breakfast was good. Walking distance to the public market.
The restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey.
The rooms were cozy .. the view was not that great over the parking lot
Knowing what the view was going to be ahead of time
Great location, very nice restaurant and staff
Our room looked right at a wall that we could practically touch. Wished they might have given us a nicer view but the room itself was fine also restaurant bar closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night
The location is great.
They need new furniture. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible.
