The room.

Was put in room 133 and the tv did not work. The then put me in room 121 and the tv in there didn’t work either.

They didn’t have our room ready until after 5pm. The rooms were also not up to standard. Sheets and pillow had stains on

I just feel like it was one of the worst states I’ve ever had at a Marriott location
Pros:

I was very disappointed altogether

Cons:

very rude staff, the pool was closed when we told it would be open. Very dirty room with dirty bedsheets. Very uncomfortable, broken heater. Broken fridge and nothing was willing to get fixed since that was the only suite.

We enjoyed a beautiful, comfortable room with helpful desk employees.
Pros:

The room was beautiful. The sofa was a nice touch to the two queen beds. The beds were cozy and soooo comfortable, There was a balcony to be enjoyed with a view of trees. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash made the shower very inviting.

Cons:

The ice machine was out of order. The nearest ice was at the opposite end of the hotel on another floor.
