The location was very good, I have stayed at this location before.
Since we were driving to the location from another State, we arrived very early for the reservation. I understood that it was 9am, rooms would not be ready for a while. At around 1pm I asked about a room being ready and was told that the room had to be cleaned and then inspected before it would be ready. At around 2:45 not only my room was ready but all the rooms were ready at the same time. There was a line of customers waiting for there rooms and it took about an hour or so for all the people to be registered for a room. Also, when we got a room, we noticed that it was hard to close the door, the next day when we tried to close the door it wouldn't close and we had to move everything from the second floor to the third floor. I felt that the person at the front desk didn't handle the issue very well and felt we should have been compensated for the inconvenience.

Air-condition was noisy and not working properly
It was close to the wedding venue we were at
They did not have our booking reservation even though we provided them with the reservation number. We were then overcharged for the room since they kept stating they did not have our reservation
When i checked in the lady at the front desk was ao nice and helpful.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants , bed slept good, daytime front desk clerk was very professional
The couch and ottoman in the room was very stained, definitely wasn't sitting on them. The carpet was stained and the room had a stale smell to it. I find it very interesting that they charge a non-refundable 100.00 cleaning fee plus 20.00 a day for pet fee when the rooms are already unsatisfactorily unclean. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this location again.
