Cons:

A fire alarm happened and the housekeeper on the floor could not determine if anything was really going on. She kept working. I vacated the room, outside where others were until we were told we can go back inside.. it still unclear what actually happened.

Average with a nice staff, but a poor price to value.
Pros:

Location and convenience via car.

Cons:

Elevator broke, amenities were non-existent for the price. I realize it was graduation weekend, so the prices jumped up as a result, but this courtyard under achieves.

The location was very good, I have stayed at this location before.

Cons:

Since we were driving to the location from another State, we arrived very early for the reservation. I understood that it was 9am, rooms would not be ready for a while. At around 1pm I asked about a room being ready and was told that the room had to be cleaned and then inspected before it would be ready. At around 2:45 not only my room was ready but all the rooms were ready at the same time. There was a line of customers waiting for there rooms and it took about an hour or so for all the people to be registered for a room. Also, when we got a room, we noticed that it was hard to close the door, the next day when we tried to close the door it wouldn't close and we had to move everything from the second floor to the third floor. I felt that the person at the front desk didn't handle the issue very well and felt we should have been compensated for the inconvenience.

It was close to the wedding venue we were at

Cons:

They did not have our booking reservation even though we provided them with the reservation number. We were then overcharged for the room since they kept stating they did not have our reservation
