It was extremely dirty and nasty and I do have pictures. The garbage was overflowing. The floors were nasty and it was garbage in the room when I checked in.

Empty cupboards, could buy pots and pan set at check-in window as well as glass ware set..

Smelled like pot in hallways, looked more like a flop house with some people no doubt staying there like it was an apartment building..
The place was disgusting we couldn't even stay. Stains everywhere and one of the beds wasn't made. We had to drive back. I want a full refund.

The facitlity was close to the location that I am visiting
The room and the bed was dirty. The bed cover had some black spots and stains and was really dirty.
We thought is was bed bugs but on further inspection with the front desk clerk found out it was just dirt.
I requested another room but the hotel clerk said there is not other room available so I left after a couple of hours and got back on the road to return home to Illinois instead of spending the night in Wauwatosa.

The room smelt like cigarettes, the hot water wasn’t even working as well as the heat..

The whole place smells like an ashtray. No coffee anywhere. Staff were sitting outside with guests smoking cigarettes while people were waiting to be checked in.
Filthy room. Unsafe feeling. Lectured at check in about policies. Awful experience.
Easy parking, helpful staff but, the overall hotel smells.
The front desk staff was polite and patient. However, the whole hotel has an unpleasant smell. It was also very dirty. Like… baked in dirt and grime. There was also plastic on the mattress. I left after one night.
It was clean, beds and pillows werent uncomfortable. Will stay here again when i go to a show next time.

Place is dirty and smelly. Trash in the stairway stacked up, cigarettes all on the ground, towels were dirty and the floor was sticky. There are lot of places to shopm

Had a kitchen but no dishes. Not even paper plates. We bought few groceries but couldn’t eat everything because no dishes. They actually did have them but you had to pay at least $20 more for them.
Smelt like stall smoke and weed. Even my clothes smelt that way the next day.
The front desk is closed from 10p-10a with a gate pulled down and locked. Didn’t make me feel safe.
There were guys sitting in the parking lots smoking. My daughter also felt unsafe!
