The glamorous and historic decor was incredible.

Cons:

They could probably upgrade their coffee in the rooms. Those pouches are never very good.

Convience to the Palace. Easy to park
Pros:

Nice old hotel close to the Palace where we saw a concert. Comfort of the beds was average. We would stay there again, particularly if we were going to another show at the Palace.

Disappointing due to a very unprofessional hotel manager!!!

The hotel manager who is black was very racist and rude to me. I am a white man. She insulted me by saying that I am too poor and unrefined to stay at
a hotel at the Brown's caliber!!!!!

Would def stay again, it is a beautiful historical landmark and very well kept.
Pros:

It was perfect. I had my first hot brown on Saturday. It was delicious, plenty of food even with the mini. Fresh and yummy. The bar at night was lovely, bartender was quick, friendly and a great service. There was also live piano music.

A step back in time to a beautiful hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful. I first walked in the lobby and my mouth dropped open. The room was beautiful. The staff so cordial. I would definitely stay again. (Although, I kept asking myself if I was worthy. lol)

The historical ambience and friendliness of the staff from the piano player in the lobby to the wait staff and the staff in the gift shop was warm and genuine.

Cons:

The parking charges were a little confusing. The parking garage is attached and right next door which is great. However, if you self park, it's cheaper as long as you don't leave. It's more expensive to pay through the hotel, but you're allowed to come and go. I didn't quite understand the reasoning behind that arrangement.
