Pablo was a great transporter on the shuttle. Very friendly and great with all the people on our shuttle. He made sure all of our needs were met.

Vivian at the bar is the best. She has a great attitude and pours a good drink. In a crowded bar she remembers what you are drinking and serves it with a wonderful smile.

Worst experience ever — stay away. The check-in desk staff were extremely rude, and the lounge was disappointing and unclean. I saw multiple bugs and couldn’t even sit in the lounge because of the conditions.

This place needs a serious makeover and significant improvement in customer service training.

Pablo is a great Asset to the Sheraton family of employees. Very friendly, professional and helpful. He knows the Tampa area well and gave us some great ideas of things to do. Thanks for getting us back and forth to the Casino Pablo.

Enjoyed fabulous food in the bar area. The bartenders, Vivian and Tiffany, were fantastic and created a warm , fun environment. Amanda B. was especially welcoming at the front desk.

The room was clean. The staff friendly. The only negative was the location. You need a car to get around. The club house staff very friendly. The food was good.

Loved my stay here and Thanks to Kwaz was amazing and the suite was NICE…I will most definitely be back soon and the area is close by the casino.

We had a great 5 night stay for a soccer tournament. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good, highlight being the make your own waffle station. Bar/Restaurant had plenty of options. Rooms are standard and clean. The best part of the hotel is the outside area. The pool is very nice. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. Kids were occupied with games set up outside for them to use. Highly Recommend!!

Every morning I looked forward to breakfast on the 5th floor club lounge because I knew Amanda would be there and that the food would be fresh and hot and ready to eat. She was kind and attentive and helpful. When I needed to take a plate back to my room for a family member, it was time to pack up to close out the breakfast time, she patiently waited for me to fix my family members plate, asked if I needed anything else additional and proceeded to pack up and prepare the lounge for the afternoon time. I really enjoyed speaking with her about my family’s stay and I also observed her help other families and patrons out. Amanda is awesome and I look forward to seeing her again the next time I’m in town.

Kaileigh was the bar tender, she was very nice and attentive to everyone, she also had the best attitude in customer service. I really appreciate it her service.. thank you.

We want to give a big shout out to Amanda who serves breakast in the Club House. She is terrific, and for some reason her eggs are extra good, everything is good, and she is wonderful. We will definitely be back soon! Merry Christmas, Amanda, and to all of the Sheraton family! God bless
