Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel

We had a great 5 night stay for a soccer tournament. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good, highlight being the make your own waffle station. Bar/Restaurant had plenty of options. Rooms are standard and clean. The best part of the hotel is the outside area. The pool is very nice. There are plenty of places to sit and relax. Kids were occupied with games set up outside for them to use. Highly Recommend!!

Every morning I looked forward to breakfast on the 5th floor club lounge because I knew Amanda would be there and that the food would be fresh and hot and ready to eat. She was kind and attentive and helpful. When I needed to take a plate back to my room for a family member, it was time to pack up to close out the breakfast time, she patiently waited for me to fix my family members plate, asked if I needed anything else additional and proceeded to pack up and prepare the lounge for the afternoon time. I really enjoyed speaking with her about my family’s stay and I also observed her help other families and patrons out. Amanda is awesome and I look forward to seeing her again the next time I’m in town.

Kaileigh was the bar tender, she was very nice and attentive to everyone, she also had the best attitude in customer service. I really appreciate it her service.. thank you.

We want to give a big shout out to Amanda who serves breakast in the Club House. She is terrific, and for some reason her eggs are extra good, everything is good, and she is wonderful. We will definitely be back soon! Merry Christmas, Amanda, and to all of the Sheraton family! God bless

Friendly staff

Hotel is dated and my balcony door was locked. Felt like a prisone. Couldn’t hang out on the balcony. Hotel sucks. Made in the 80s never updated.

Great location rooms better than most great value and excellent service by the front desk team. A great value and well worth the trip. The bar service was incredibly efficient and customer service focused.

Check in was a breeze with Kwaz and Amanda. Great room, south facing just looking me I asked for. The food and drink service from Stefan’s and Vivi was perfect.

Kwaz was awesome very helpful and efficient, I recommend this Sheraton to everyone . I'm truly happy I chose this place and had a chance to meet someone who actually likes his job

I’m a Titanium member and stay at Marriott properties every week — and this is the first time someone has ever made my bed so thoughtfully.

Rosely from Housekeeping truly surprised me in the best way. I always leave my bed tidy out of respect, but she went above and beyond and made it look perfect.

Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really stood out during my stay. People like Rosely make a hotel feel welcoming. She definitely deserves recognition.

Great service from the amazing receptionist Kwaz. The entrance is beautiful. Ten out of ten service. Was flexible on payment when cards were lost

I’ve stayed at this hotel for over 20 nights this year, and I can honestly say it’s pretty neat. The staff consistently puts in the effort to provide good service. One of the staff members, Ashley H on the 5th floor, is especially attentive and helpful.

The only downside of the property is the lack of microwaves in the rooms and the very small fridges. Nonetheless, everything else is solid. I come here primarily for business, and the rooms are always clean, plus the gym is surprisingly big. The giant patio is also a great bonus for unwinding in the evening.

Special shout-out to Kwaz at the front desk—always polite and accommodating. When I’m away from home, those small positive interactions really create a sense of comfort on the property.

All in all, I’ve had a great experience here and will be back soon!

Vivian at the bar was amazing , Friendly and caring. She took care of my husband and I and made us feel comfortable after a long day at the casino

Great experience… bar service and restaurant was wonderful. The nook for drinks in the back corner was a wonderful addition to the building.

Wonderful Hotel and staff, very friendly and accommodating and the room was lovely. The ladies downstairs at the restaurant and bar treated me like family thank you Lily, Vivi, and Stephanie!

Vivian the bartender at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon location was awesome. She made me feel so very welcome and turned a very difficult travel evening into a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is my favorite place to visit if i'm not on the beach whenever I visit the Tampa area.

Well…to start off with the reception we received on arrival here at 6:30p was wonderful experience …….smiles, opening in the doors by all staff members…..
Later to find out, they were so happy with the opening of the long awaited to renovation of the lobby bar and the new Starbucks, which was not yet open when we arrived that day it was about to open within two weeks ……made everyone in the lobby, excited lobby.Lily & Vivi are great teammates working hand in hand with cocktails and ordering food. The presentation of the food was extraordinary. We have the poached shrimp and the pork belly with grits as appetizers at the bar and it was spectacular. What a big difference from poached shrimp to steam shrimp pork belly and grits was so fantastic and well crafted it was a meal in itself.. curve model lobby bar looks spectacular and the seating is fantastic. What a comfortable bar seats… bravo to the architect who picked the right bar seat for this beautiful curved white bar top.
How to talk to the kitchen the presentation of the food and the temperature are perfect… like to also know that the breakfast buffet is fantastic!
Highly recommend the buffet in the morning for breakfast it checks all boxes
