Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so nice and friendly from the valet, to the front desk, to the bartenders at the speak easy. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel was nice, but booking.com put my entire family on a really bad spot the reservation never went through and we called booking.com costumer service for help, and your team was really rude and unprofessional, hanging up my phone calls not helping at all took so long to answered the phone calls, booking.com was terrible service

Reception staff was very friendly, new decor was nice and we really enjoyed our vinile record in the room. And it was comfy

Cons:

It was dirty in our bathroom and some hairs on the floor. I tried to tell cleaning lady but she didn’t speak any English and after she’s been it was no cleaner. Floors were filthy, asked for hard pillow she brought me soft one lol
Some of the stuff was falling off, it was freezing in common areas so impossible to use them unless you wear winter clothes. No coffee machine, bathrooms are small

The recently renovated hotel is even better than before. The room had great character and a nice city view from the 8th floor. Check-in was smooth and very hospitable.

We have already told friends about The Gunter, and we will definitely return
Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous, and the service was unbelievable. The second morning we were there, the young lady remembered the type of toast each liked and had ordered the previous morning. She made quite a good impression.

Beautiful and comfortable. Great, thoughtful staff.
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel. The lobby smelled great and I loved the decor/furniture. The Jots restaurant was equally beautiful. Our room was beautifully remodeled. I loved the smell and quality of the toiletries.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the mini fridge did not freeze very well. I had to freeze an ice pack for breastmilk since I was away from home.

Overall very nice. Wish room and restroom area was bigger but overall was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location. Great atmosphere. Speakeasy. Record player in room.

Cons:

Room was very small and the bathroom sink was tiny - for one person. Not a lot of room between shower, toilet and sink.

They did not disclose the pool was closed. The pool was one of the reasons for my booking. When i found out the pool was closed they suggested we go to a different hotel and they would let us use their pool, which was very far and we would have to drive there. Very unprofessional for the amount of money it costs. Ridiculous. Wont be going back

Pros:

The location overall was convenient. All the stores were within walking distance and the majestic theater was right across the street which made travel to the concert easy and simple. The building is historic and just walking through we couldn't help but admire the architecture. The front desk person even walked through "harry potter" door which gave it all a little whimsy.
