Cons:

They did not disclose the pool was closed. The pool was one of the reasons for my booking. When i found out the pool was closed they suggested we go to a different hotel and they would let us use their pool, which was very far and we would have to drive there. Very unprofessional for the amount of money it costs. Ridiculous. Wont be going back

Pros:

The location overall was convenient. All the stores were within walking distance and the majestic theater was right across the street which made travel to the concert easy and simple. The building is historic and just walking through we couldn't help but admire the architecture. The front desk person even walked through "harry potter" door which gave it all a little whimsy.

Amazing staff, really lovely hotel to spend time in as well as well located for the rodeo which is why we were in town. loved the bars and the drinks available

Way overpriced for what you get
Cons:

They did not have carpeting in the room. The room has no chairs with backs, just a low chaise type lounge. The bathrrom sink is oversized and doesn’t give you enough room to comfortably sit on the toilet.

The shower curtain was caught up and would not close all the way so the water was pouring into the bathroom floor. The curtain in the room was off the hooks on several hooks on the end. This type of hotel should have sundries, milk, soft drinks for sale at the front, they do not. The beds are on platforms and do not have box springs.

Great room, amazing, staff, and very comfortable to stay at. Feels like you’re at a vacation home with staff to take car
Pros:

One of the nicest most unique hotels ever. We normally don’t stay in hotels and go for an Airbnb but this checked all the boxes. Older vibe all around music and old architecture with all the new feel from the furniture, to the light fixtures, and all the great amenities.

Cons:

Only negative to even speak of, which is just the area not their fault, is paying $60 a night to park

It feels like highway robbery to pay that much for a one-night stay and you don’t even offer breakfast. You should learn from European hotels. They always offer the most delightful buffet breakfasts. They put your hotel to shame.

Pros:

Staff very nice. Recently renovated. Checked out albums and played in the room. Room great blend of historical and modern.
Minor weird issue with motion sensor light couldn’t be defeated.
Maint came up and fixed right away.

Pros:

Property was recently renovated but the property is very old. I liked that they kept certain aspects of the hotel. Our windows were frosted so we could not see out which I wasn’t a fan of. Room was huge!
