Very nice hotel!
Room was great and staff was very helpful.
Front desk-fine, room -great, upgraded, tv and stereo in room didn’t work requiring engineering.
Staff very nice. Recently renovated. Checked out albums and played in the room. Room great blend of historical and modern.
Minor weird issue with motion sensor light couldn’t be defeated.
Maint came up and fixed right away.

Property was recently renovated but the property is very old. I liked that they kept certain aspects of the hotel. Our windows were frosted so we could not see out which I wasn’t a fan of. Room was huge!

We could not have asked for a better stay when it came to accommodations. The room was exceptionally clean, everything was beautiful! Love the bar downstairs. Love the Paris baguette. Loved how Starbucks was walking distance across the street. The valet guys were absolutely amazing. The front desk workers were extremely nice! I would have to say it was probably the best San Antonio trip we’ve had, and we have had a lot! My only complaint is Valet parking for overnight is absolutely ‘outrageously overpriced’. $60 to valet a car plus tip is insane but… That’s my only complaint. I have absolutely nothing to complain about as far as the hotel goes.
My wife and I were both sore the next morning from the bed. Light switch for bathroom is horrible. Only one switch for the two rooms and very bright when waking up middle of night.
The best ever hotel in all Texas! Just renovated. Very beautiful, fancy, modern! Totally perfect. There is a great bakery just next door, we had a great time there. There is great things in this hotel is vinyl which you can choose and grab to your room for free and enjoy a great music. The location is amazing! Really few steps to the famous river walk!
Valet was a bit expensive. We opt to park block away at the garage for half price
Friendly staff, comfortable bedding, large tv, close to the Riverwalk and shopping.
Room was clean and as described on website. Very convenient to the River walk and restaurants.
Personnel was knowledgeable and friendly. Would stay here again.
