Dining area was cramped

Cons:

The welcoming front deskstaff was not welcoming, no smiles, no friendly open atmosphere. Replies were very short. Not polite and acted like they were doing us s favor coming there. We are IHG Club members and we were told. We would not get any points as reservations were rerouted when we went to the website.

Bed was comfy

Cons:

Toilet would make a loud noise when flushed, loud humming noise coming from the small fridge in room and you can hear everything someone in the hall or the other rooms near were saying.
