Room was clean. The ac was already on and the room was cool. Staff was polite.
The mattress was a bit firm for my wife.
Employees were friendly and the breakfast was good.
Carpet needs cleaning in the rooms.
After taking a shower and walking in the room it was necessary to wash and dry my feet before putting my socks and shoes on.
The bed was so comfortable! Staff was so kind (Thank you, Ryan!) and the breakfast was great. It was quiet and clean.

Demanded cash deposit of $200 and would not let us check in
Took 30 minutes to check in because the lady with the black glasses was arguing with a customer. I paid for 2 rooms and one was to be for a wheelchair occupancy. The pool was supposed to have a lift to lower a wheelchair bound person to enter the pool. The lift didn't work, it had never even been working (there wasn't even a battery attached).
I paid your rates because of the pool lift. The pool wasn't clean even if the lift had been working.
The TV stopped working and the desk was called. The man said he was new and you didn't have anyone that could fix it.
Breakfast: biscuits were hard, eggs were horrible. Your pancake machine didn't work.
The water faucet on the whirlpool tub leaks. Shower pressure was nonexistent.
The mattress was good.
I feel that you owe me a refund.

The staff were very nice. The room was very clean. The location was also good.
Could have a better selection for breakfast. The bathroom had only one turn on and off so it had the fan noise constantly.
I liked the big beds in the room and how you could turn on the ac to have a constant fan
I didn't like all the signs everywhere. Don't do this per so and so. Literally everywhere you looked there was a sign saying don't do something. Then being told that we had to give $200 cash for incidentals after charging my credit card $20 for incidentals. Makes no sense. Then we were on the top floor and our toilet over flowed. We used our towels to stop it. Then the phone to call downstairs did not work so I had to look up the hotels number to call front desk. She told me that she would get me a plunger and some towels and I would have to clean it up because there was no maintenance. So I cleaned it up and then had to call back downstairs for her to come and pick up the towels and plunger. Then to check out, we had to wait for them to go check our room to get our $200 cash back . It was just a big inconvenience.
