rooms were large and spacious. everything you need for a stay is there.
There's a sign in the lobby about the parking lot and the hotel not responsible for cars parked there. My car was rifled through sometime during the night and things taken - While this is absolutely not on the hotel, per se, more the idiot who broke into the car but a word of caution to anyone staying there. I travel often and drive almost everywhere so I try to be cautious on how and where I stay - and am familiar with the chances of vandalism/thefts in the parking lots but for this hotel there won't be a second stay, that is for sure.
Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but good, fresh coffee was good, will go back!
Room was dirty and customer service when I left was very unfriendly.
Cleanliness and customer service
Great location across from U of O, easy access to campus and freeways. Breakfast is great, several Gluten Free options and tasty pre-made bagel eggs sandwhiches.
The newer (separate) building can be a little echoey. Not enough to disturb my sleep, but if you are sensitive to noise, you may want a room in the older building where the doors face on to the parking lot.
Location was perfect and room was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent.
Window shade was electric without anything to let you know.

Hotel was great style ,and the front staff girl (forgot her name) was very helpful despite my being a day late. Free food and takeaway breakfast lunch is fantastic. Would stay again...........................................................................

The room was very clean and felt very private. The staff was cordial and helpful. The rates were reasonable. Our room was pet friendly, and there was a pet area outside as well.
A few small things were missing, like a pen, for instance, and perhaps an extra blanket. Nothing major at all.

Great location and fair price for a quick trip
We stayed in the newer section and it is was a bit louder due to the entrance having tile. There was more noise that echoed in the hallways because of this
Friendly staff and cozy lobby. very comfortable rooms and unbeatable access to University of Oregon. we also really like the fire pit in the front where we could sit and drink our coffee.
Internet access was terrible. It’s strange because there are cell phone towers, literally in the parking lot, but my family and I got maybe one bar on our cell phones and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak. Even doing basic things like checking in for our flight. Flights online was difficult. Once we got off property and down the street a bit everything was fine.
We went to watch a football game in Autzen stadium so the location was convenient to walk to the stadium and that is the only thing going well for them.
I was not informed of any 5% deposit after the charge from Booking.com so they are still holding the 5%.
A woman checked us in late night, she said that there will be a hold of 5% but it's just a hold for incidental. She said it will be returned when we check out on Sunday. On Sunday a young man checked me out and reconfirmed that the deposit will be returned in few days. I called on Tuesday after we came home and no refund of the 5% on my credit card. I called today, 10/19/25. The young man answered and he has nothing to do with returning the 5% hold.
There are other issues. bedsheets were not changed from previous guests. I asked for the bedsheets to be changed but instead the woman at the desk brought a set of sheets and told me to change it. So, we called the desk she said it's too late tonight but maid will change them in the morning. On Saturday, we came back from the game and walked in to our room and see the bed was left not changed, and left a set of sheets again so we had to change the sheets again.
Nice clean room, close to the U of O bball stadium!
Found this place near Autzen Stadium and enjoyed our stay. The building was a little bit older, but the room looked brand new. The location is very convenient and walkable to University or Oregon and Autzen Stadium. The room was very clean and quiet. and I he bed and pillows were comfortable. The only negative issue is the shower head was very low. The shower head was at shoulder level, so washing your hair requires you to really bend down awkwardly. Different shower heads could make this our go-to place for Duck games.
Complimentary breakfast was a joke they should not say that. There was a smell as soon as you entered that I can't describe. I put my bag on the chair and found a bug. Then another bug and another. It was clean but dirty at the same time. The sheet has a large red stain on the aide of the bed. I go to Eugene a lot and this won't be a place I stay again. It is conveniently located next to Starbucks and the walk to Autzen.
