Did not like room we stayed in, loud with neighbors in next room & also loud from I-80 traffic.
Cons:

We were in room #129. When adjacent room guests arrived, we could hear their voices loud & clear, it felt like they were in our room. They left TV on all night, so we heard it. Room is also loud with traffic noise from I-80 highway. It was NOT a restful stay.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

Easy access from the back parking lot. When you walk through the automatic doors, the elevator is right there. That makes traveling with luggage so much easier.

Cons:

The luggage carts have a tire problem. When you load the cart, some of the tires flatten. Very difficult to push then.

Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When checking in, we were greeted by a very polite man who made sure we were taken care of. He also made certain we parked in a lot where the hotel could watch over our car.
The room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay.

Cons:

Honestly, I can't say anything bad about our experience at this location.
