Solid Best Western with very good rooms
Pros:

We had two rooms. They were attractive, clean & quiet, with comfy beds and good quality bedding & towels. The pool was sparkling clear, although we had no time to use it. Located near many stores & restaurants. Elevator operated smoothly. Ok breakfast choices, plentiful food.

Cons:

Elevator floor numbers were not working, had to determine floors by looking for room numbers. Breakfast juices were watered down too much.

8 out of 10. Nice stay.
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pool was working. Breakfast was great. Lotion and soap smelled great.

Cons:

Missing grout between a couple floor tiles. There was a chair and ottoman jammed between the bed and AC unit, making it hard to get up in the middle of the night. I could have got the room cheaper through Best Western than I did through Booking.com.

Unfortunately, it was a poor experience due to the room quality. I would not recommend coming back here to anyone.
Pros:

Good location. Pool was good however way too much chlorine.

Cons:

My room was wet. Everything was wet. Room smelled from being wet. Towels were in the window drying water. There was a fan in the room to dry the room. The room should not have been given out until is was properly cleaned.

I expected a little more for the price.

Cons:

Common area was very small. Breakfast area was okay but tables needed cleaning after each set of guests. I saw no one clean tables. Coffee was not good.

We Got the Clam and Not the Pearl
Pros:

I purchased two rooms for one night due to the presence of an indoor swimming pool that my 3 grandkids could enjoy. Upon arrival I was informed the pool was out of service due to "kids broke it". Both rooms had suffered water damage of some sort - most likely from the window area and the rooms smelled accordingly. My room had a bucket of some sort of absorbent that made the room smell noxious. The carpet was damp near that area too. The smoke detector was missing and the bathroom was dated. There were numerous families with kids participating in baseball and soccer running the halls until 11:00 and their parents were sitting below our window drinking and talking loudly until after midnight. I will never stay here again.
