Pros:

This is our third stay @ this hotel. As usual, it did not disappoint. My husband has procedures done @ UMMC every so often,& we stay @ University Inn because of its proximity to the hospital & the price is reasonable. It is clean, has a nice parking & Staff helpful & accommodating. We even get a couple of freebie choice of drinks, “ pineapple” cookies, & a water bottle with pineapple logo.🙂👍

Great place with consistent experience
Pros:

Consistently good experience with extras like 2 free drinks, cookies and coffee, free water bottle with refill stations (including sparkling water) comfy comforters. Parking is behind the building and hidden which is good. Great location- close to the Ave and UW

Cons:

Sometimes it’s really expensive to stay depending on the timing.

Cozy stay, comfy bed, great amenities
Pros:

We loved all the amenities! The pineapple theme was surprisingly fun and festive. Pinapple robes, Staypinapple reusable water bottles, and a really great coffee maker! The coffee maker was an automatic drip coffee maker that made really nice coffee (and didn’t require the plastic pods like nespresso and keurig). There was also free coffee downstairs and cookies. The beds and the duvet were extremely comfortable and clean. The tub was a great plus to have for a hot bath. While it’s not the most new structure or facilities (especially a slower, older elevator)…the overall experience was cozy and welcoming. It was convenient for visiting the University..just a few minutes walk to get to campus.

Cons:

The elevator was quite old and slow. However you could always use the stairs as there aren’t many levels. The carpeting makes it feel a bit older in design.

Super friendly and great location
Pros:

It was so cute, such friendly staff, amazing shortbread cookies and the choice of water (sparkling or still) was a bonus. I loved the 2 duvets! I wish all hotels did that.

Pros:

University Inn was clean, the people are friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable. We will stay here again. Location to the university of Washington medical was good.

Cons:

I am disabled. The stairs in the entry to the desk are difficult. Parking was an issue, there were 2 dumpsters in front where people would enter, until we got our room key and told to park in back.
