Staff was ok. We checked in at 3am so my guess is that individual wasn’t the hotel’s main staff but he wasn’t ver welcoming.
Besides coffee, there was nothing for breakfast.
The rooms are essentially a school dorm room. Very basic facilities.
Friendly staff, clean room, good mattresses. Good location close to UW. Many food options close by.
Comforter was only bedding option. It was too hot for 50 degree weather.
We loved the duvet; so snuggly! The items for our dog were great and made our stay perfect.
The bed was just a little too hard for me.
Location to UW and light rail
They did not clean the room between days. No longer serve breakfast.
The location
Close the cafe!
I needed a room with a bathtub.
環境清潔明亮舒適,床很柔軟🥰
天氣太冷了..游泳池暫停,很可惜😭
提供熱咖啡和餅乾時間沒有明確時間表,有些可惜
Very clean, love the Stay Pineapple amenities (i.e. free water bottles, water bottle station, the duvets, and embroidered pillow cases, fluffy towels, etc.), great location that was close to nearby coffee shops and restaurants, and comfortable beds.
Nothing
This was a bargain for the location and I was a little skeptical--what the heck kind of hotel is called "Staypineapple." Example of quirky: instead of "do not disturb" sign, the door hangar said something like "don't come in, we're naked!"
I needed to be near UW to visit my daughter and I just needed a comfortable place to sleep. It was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, nothing luxurious but met my needs. Staff was friedly and helpful.
Spouse is possible heart transplant recipient. Hotel is across street from free shuttle to UW Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center. Hotel welcomes you with a free beverage and Pineapple shortbread cookie. Room has a free reusable metal water bottle, filled, that can be refilled downstairs. Room has Keurig coffee pot so you can bring your own K-pods if desired. Friendly, helpful staff. Outdoor swimming pool (when in season). They've done a nice job of trying to modernize an older bldg. No family breakfast room so bring your own food (MW, sm fridge w/sm freezer in room). Large breakfast & lunch restaurant right next door. One dinner restaurant within close and safe walking distance for when it gets dark (Little Duck - Chinese/Peking food, not Americanized Chinese dishes. Small but delightful with "grandpa" and his many years cooking experience doing the cooking, with some of his special seasoning on the potatoes. Grandson was our host and waiter.). Overall, it's about the only hotel that's somewhat reasonable in prices, but could be expensive if you're doing a medical run for many days.
It does not offer a free family room breakfast so you have to bring your own food. Each bed has 2 duvets as the "top sheet & blanket" that doesn't fit the entire bed, only half and the instructions were very confusing. Absolutely hated it; we are not European visitors! It's also so puffy that it's difficult to use the bed for placing items on it. Towel bar in the outer sink area was way too low to hang any towel or washcloth without it draping over a woman's cosmetic bags or toiletries. Parking was $25+3 taxes PER DAY; what's with THAT?! Only 1 dinner restaurant (Little Duck) within close and safe walking distance for when it gets dark.
Accomodations were excellent, as usual. Friendly, helpful staff. We love and support the University Inn because our domestic rabbit is welcomed and stays over in the room when he is traveling with us.
.I thought the price was fair/reasonable and the hotel provided a nice big umbrella to keep me dry on my walk around
I didnt love the two smaller comforter set up on the bed. But more importantly, the coffee they provided was among the worst I've ever had.
This hotel provides many amenities not found at 5 star hotels. The friendliness of the staff was amazing. Rooms are quiet eventhough it is on a busy Seattle street. Location is excellent.
Nice clean location close to university district
Bathroom door and privacy around that part
The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite.
