The BEST staff!
Pros:

I had the BEST time!! Amazing staff, clean and quiet room. Special shout out to all the new friends I made on that said staff: Ian, Omar, Jeorge, Joseph, Blake, Gio, Nolbu and Alex! Sorry if I spelled someone’s name wrong, I can’t quite make out the handwriting on the little card they gave me. They were truly just incredible, especially as I was a solo traveller and found much comfort in them, they gave me reccommendation etc, top notch! Anyway, I’d go back just for those guys. Awesome location, too.

Hotel molto bello nel cuore di Manhattan
Pros:

La posizione è ottima per visitare la città, tranquilla ma molto bella, vicinissima ad un parco carino per i bambini e con tanti ristorantini nei dintorni.
Hotel molto pulito, colazione davvero ottima e di qualità.
Noi alloggiavamo nella suite ed era molto bella e spaziosa.

Cons:

In camera c'era molto freddo e non c'era la possibilità di alzare la temperatura.
Colazione molto buona ma costosa, cappuccino e caffè avevano un prezzo aggiuntivo.

Good experience right at the center of the city
Pros:

Been staying here every 6 months or so for a week each time (business travel). Good hotel, nothing to complain about, kind staff - big shoutout to the doorman Johnny, who was really helpful about our checkout and arranging our travel to the next destination in NY.

Pros:

Great location, close to the MTA, or in our case Uber/Lyft friendly. Awesome staff, rooms are a bit dark and overall ambiance is dark but very mysterious aesthetic and really clean.

La ubicación es perfecta para estar en downtown cerca de todo. La habitación fue muy cómoda, la cama de 10!! El personal: Ian, Omar, Dennis y Alex, todos muy amables.

Primero me dieron una habitación con vista a un muro; fue un poco tramposo para que hiciera un upgrade. Sólo dan dos tetrapak de agua por toda la estancia. Por el precio, bien podrían ser por día.
