Will not waste my money here again. Disappointing

Location was good and nice design

Cons:

The picture of the room was not the same as the one we stayed in. There were no windows except one tiny one and it was facing a wall. Outside the room was a big AC unit that cooled the corridor and we could hear it all night. The breakfast area has no daylight so they had to put extra lamps on tables so you can see your food, I also had sour milk in my latte and when I complained they told me the carton still had two weeks before expiry lol. Staff not friendly, or helpful. Elevators take forever and staff also have to use them to service rooms.

Definitely one of the best value hotels in NYC
Pros:

Clean, modern, sleek design and everything is well thought through. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The space in the room is well utilized for maximum comfort and storage. The Gym and Lounge are great. The Lobby is nice and quiet but there is plenty of room. The bar in the lobby is really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked plentiful and delicious.

Pleasurable stay in decent boutique hotel
Pros:

Receptive staff. Good meeting rooms for some
work activities. Great views.

Cons:

Cleaning was haphazard with cups not washed. Shower gel not refilled. Location wasn’t the best one stayed in.

A bit dissapointing
Pros:

Great location overall and nice staff, especially Ana, and Marcin- both super friendly and helpful.
Beautiful lobby and a person greeting you at the door was a nice touch.

Cons:

I think breakfast was very poor for the price and it offered very limited breakfast items. Even a coffee from a coffee machine was at an extra cost.
Gym was absolutely terrible, all wet and smelly, completely unusable. Also the room was awfully small for 3 people, bathroom was the tiniest I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
On a better note, the staff was friendly and we got all the help we needed during the stay.
Overall a bit of disappointment having expecting a better standard from a boutique 4 star hotel like this.
