Beautiful lobby area and location of hotel is excellent. Great staff service and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are small including bathroom. Also quite run down and a really gross smell (musty or mould or smoke smell in the rooms and hallway areas)
Staff at the breakfast lobby area seemed unhelpful but not too bad just didnt seem to have enough granola one day etc.

L’alloggio è moderno e curato esteticamente, così come la camera. Ho apprezzato molto il caffè gratuito e la posizione dell’hotel, piuttosto centrale e comoda per spostarsi.

Cons:

Il condizionatore era estremamente rumoroso anche alla velocità più bassa, tanto che siamo stati costretti a dormire con l’aria condizionata spenta. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla struttura, ma ci è stato risposto che quel livello di rumorosità era normale. Rimane però davvero difficile dormire se si desidera tenerlo acceso, anche impostandolo al minimo.

Anche il letto scricchiolava parecchio, risultando piuttosto fastidioso durante la notte. Inoltre, nonostante la camera si trovasse al quattordicesimo piano, era praticamente priva di vista.

In generale, manca un po’ di cura nei dettagli: ad esempio, non era possibile spegnere tutte le luci direttamente dal letto. Si tratta di piccole accortezze che ci si aspetterebbe di trovare in un hotel a quattro stelle.
