Pros:

La piscina, el área de juego que tiene, puedes caminar por el lugar sin preocupaciones ninguna por que tiene seguridad las 24 horas, Todo estaba cerca y en muy buena ubicación y cerca de los parques y de Restaurantes como el famoso Cilantrillo muy rica la comida.

Tropical palms is quiet and convenient and a great place to stay! It makes you feel like you’re at home and even our dog

It was cozy hot water air worked good

It was to bright i couldn't sleep my room was lit up and my blinds barely covered the door we had to hang sheets over the door so our neighbors would see us in our cottage very disappointed i even asked to be moved they gave us cream and sugar no coffee not good

Nice and comfortable accommodation ...
Pros:

The resort has a great location for visiting local amusement parks, with a pleasant walkable area right next door. Our cottage was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the free parking conveniently located just outside.

Cons:

We experienced a brief electricity outage, but it was resolved quickly. The elevated sleeping area has limited space between the floor and ceiling. It’s perfectly fine for children but a bit challenging for adults. Unfortunately, we didn’t find any instructions on how to connect to the Wi-Fi, and we couldn’t ask for assistance at reception since it was always closed when we passed by, either early in the morning or in the evening after returning to the resort.

Enjoyable
Pros:

We liked the proximity to the pool and playground. Our grandkids spent a great deal of time coming and going from the pool area to our place. The reception area had a warm and helpful staff. We enjoyed the pool table, the ping pong, the books and puzzles.

Cons:

We stayed in CO44. The hard part was finding the property the night we arrived. We were not aware that there wasn't parking right next to the house. The house numbers are small and difficult to see. The list of included kitchen items were vague. Had we known that the coffee machine was only a cheap 1 cup hotel brand (with individual filtered coffee) we would have brought ours from home. The coffee machine was listed twice but there was only one pot. We wound up buying a Mr. Coffee from Publix so that we could enjoy some real coffee.

I've travelled a lot in different countries. The customer service here was undeniably the worst!
Cons:

They charged me 30 dollars for just extending checkout by about 15 minutes despite me calling them earlier, and despite the fact that I was travelling with 3 children. So inconsiderate. The units are also very small and nothing like what they look like on the pictures. For the price paid, they can do a lot better, especially with customer service. Never going back here again!!

Pros:

Great place to stay for families. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The mattresses in this unit were not really as comfortable as my past stays in other units, but it was bareable for only two nights.
