Great experience and a very good price/quality ratio. Breakfast included.
Pros:

Very clean, well structured and pleasant hotel, with everything you need at the room and very attentive staff to help you out. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable even though the hotel is not situated in a very touristic part of town (which I liked) and with the pricing of the taxis in Tbilisi was not a huge deal. Also consider a very tasty breakfast, which is served till 11 am.

Cons:

The only problem is the entrance which is situated on a ground floor. You have to carry your luggage yourself for 4-5 stairs. But it's one minor remark.

Very pleasant stay at Graphica Tbilisi Hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One useful tip: the rooms with two single beds are noticeably more spacious than the double-bed rooms.

Pros:

I’ve stayed at Graphica Tbilisi Hotel three times now, and it has always been a very good experience. The hotel has a modern interior, clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and very friendly staff. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and I’d happily stay here again.
