I really liked that the staff prepared a take away breakfast for me because I had a super early morining flight.
I could also park my car on the street for free.
The room was clean and spacious, and the location was good for one night before flying home with some restaurants nearby.
Our window was right next to the outdoor area of the attached restaurant, this was extremely noisy when people were talking - we had to wake up in the early morning for our flight and this made it impossible to get an early night’s sleep because the windows block out essentially no noise!
The external wall on the other side of the room was also very thin and you could hear children playing football on the adjacent pitch until about 11pm.
Also in the area outside our window guests and staff go outside to smoke and you could smell the cigarette smoke in our room, particularly when the window was open but even slightly when it was closed.
It was also a bit awkward that our window was basically at eye level for those outside so made awkward eye contact several times and had to close the curtains to get changed.
The room was very warm during the day and evening. When I complained that our A/C wasn’t working we were told that the A/C wasn’t available in the building at all. We couldn’t open the window because of the people outside talking and smoking!
We weren’t offered a different room or any form of apology etc.
Also at one point there was an overwhelming smell of sewage for about 10 minutes - but this may have been external works.

-DONT stay here during WARM day : the weather was like 25celcius, we tried to turned on the a/c - but it only worked as heater! Are you serius? On a warm day like this - why heater?
-rang reception, and was informed that no aircon at the moment only heater! - and they asked us to open window instead.
-opened the windows, and there were kids playing footballs and basketball all night long until like 10pm at night! Omg!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good selection every morning. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job, keeping the room clean and tidy every day.
I had a great experience overall and would gladly stay here again.
The only issue I noticed was that the soundproofing could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms was sometimes noticeable.

Sound isolation of the walls is not appropriate. We heard all what were happening around us.
Clean Room and Comfortable Bed

Too many steps and bumps at the hotel entrance(When I entered the hotel on the first day, one of the wheels was broken. Of course, it was my fault as well because I didn't lift up on all the bumps and steps)
The hotel was clean and generally well kept. Breakfast was okay — nothing special, but enough to start the day. The location is reasonably convenient: not far from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi, and about a 30-minute walk to the historic centre. It works well if you have a car or plan to use short rides with apps like Bolt.
The economy double room was a bit small. One side of the bed was against the wall and there was no bedside table, which made it slightly uncomfortable.
One issue was the bathroom: the flush was broken and, although I reported it to reception right after check-in, it wasn’t fixed during my 2-night stay.
The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good, you can easily take a bus to arrive at the hotel. Also, it was 10 -15 mins walk to many sightseeing areas.
Personale molto gentile, posizione ottima, a due passi dal quartiere armeno Avlabari, a 20 minuti a piedi da old town. Camera carina e dotata di tutti i confort, con bagno attrezzato e doccia molto grande.
Pomieszczenie było czyste, obsługa uprzejma, a śniadanie satysfakcjonujące. Cena była bardzo uczciwa.
W sąsiedztwie znajduje się boisko dla dzieci, które bywają aktywne do późnych godzin nocnych, generując znaczący poziom hałasu. Zamykanie okien skutecznie eliminuje ten problem, a system klimatyzacji zapewnia komfortowe warunki. Pewnym niedogodnieniem był niesprawny zamek w toalecie przez co drzwi otwierały sie samoczynnie.
