Book this hotel. The staff really care about this place, and it shows.
Pros:

I have worked in hospitality before, and now travel a lot for work. I have stayed in a LOT of places, and wow, whoever is running this place really knows what they are doing. Room and common spaces were clean. I interacted with three staff and all were noticeably kind and helpful. This hotel provides complimentary breakfast, AND full dinner at happy hour, AND three cocktails per guest per night. The food was excellent (chicken fajitas cooked right in the lobby, elote, taco bar). This place is a hidden gem and an unbelievable deal.

Pros:

Love the food and real plates, silverware, etc. beds very comfortable. We try to always stay in a Drury when we travel

Cons:

The door to our room has some piece missing. Makes it hard to open and shut, but still works.

Stay here and be comfortable!!
Pros:

Love the layout of this hotel. It’s clean, feels safe and the staff is friendly. After a long day of driving, it’s so nice to check in with no hassle, have some refreshments and enjoy the amenities. Pool and hot tub are always clean and amazing, then head to your room and use the fantastic shower. The beds are clean and comfortable, pillows are fluffy and soft.
The only cons are, road work on the exit here ( but easily navigated the reroute) and the food they offer, while edible, is not hot enough.
Drinks though, were awesome!!
Can’t say enough good things about the stay here!! Always try to stay at this property as a half way point to our Indiana destination. ♥️♥️

Excellent service and comfy beds!
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, good food. They gave me a free night since my fridge wasn’t working. Very happy with the hospitality. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

Location isn’t terrible but not the best. Next to apartment buildings

I love rolling in at the end of a long drive and having a nice place to have a light supper and just relax. AND start the day with a great breakfast! Springfield Drury is no different — they do it right

Respite for weary travelers
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Very attentive front desk, bartender and cleaning staff.

My wife and I stopped here for the night to break up long drive from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Shreveport, Louisiana. The room was cool, clean and comfortable. Happy hour with three complimentary drinks and snacks was perfect way to end the travel day and not wanting or needing much to eat.

Breakfast tasty and easily back on the road.

I would come here again!

Very comfortable, clean room with extremely friendly staff and great food!
Pros:

I love that they are actually working to do a great job for their customers. I didnt ask anyone but it would have been great to be able to request things like chicken with no salt added for dinner but it was good and we appreciate that dinner is added into the cost so we dont have to leave to have dinner. Being on a very restricted diet, we just have to be careful. Not complaining about the food at all. It was great! The extensive breakfast is always awesome!!

Cons:

We were in the room directly at the bar. Lots of people standing at our door being loud. Not their fault. It just wasnt a great spot to be. It was a nice room tho. Also, different options for flavored offee creamer would be nice. Again, not complaining. Its a great place.

Very pleasant experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was also good as was the staff. Bed linens were fresh and clean.

Cons:

Price was a bit high. It would be nice to offer breakfast up to check out time.
