The Manager was smiling and very polite getting us checked in. Everyone was friendly and available anytime I had a question. Very clean rooms, good food and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay!
We stayed two nights while visiting Springfield, this was our 2nd visit to this Drury Inn. This stay was excellent, we enjoyed the Happy hour that starts at 5:30 pm. They provide a good little variety of snack foods and free drinks as well. All of the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower worked as should with plenty of hot water. Our room was in the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor, providing a quiet stay. The only time we heard a noise was when a guest must have filled an entire cooler with ice early in the morning, as our room was straight across from the ice machine. They used a lot of ice! We have no complaints for the hotel or staff. We will be back!
We love Drury properties. The price was right for our impromptu stay.
Our room smelled stale and a bit like smoke. The snacks weren’t up to typical standards.
Everything was easy to get to in a fine I didn't have to really do a whole lot of turn it around and going back

Other that getting severe food poisoning great stay
Always clean and comfortable. The breakfast and kickback help save money and time going out to find something to eat.
Our room was right above the eating area and on Saturday night there were kids staying there due to some ball games in the area and i guess they had their team meeting while in there so it was very loud. It was noisy in general since we were above the cafeteria during eating hours but that was our only complaint
