Ho liegt Zentral und wenn man mit dem Auto anreist kann mann es in die Hotel eigene Tiefgarage stellen mit Vorreservierung

Cons:

Dachterrasse lässt sich wünschen übrig, z.B Lounge mini Bar, Sonnenschirmen

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich gerne Kostenlos ein Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer erwartet

Au début de notre séjour, j’ai confié à l’une des réceptionnistes l’insuline de ma mère afin qu’elle soit conservée correctement. Malheureusement, ils l’ont remise à un autre client sans vérifier correctement son nom, son numéro de chambre ou quoi que ce soit d’autre.

Le plus grave, c’est que le nom de famille de cette personne ne ressemblait même pas au nôtre et que son numéro de chambre était complètement différent. Il s’agissait donc clairement d’une erreur qui aurait facilement pu être évitée avec une simple vérification.

Cette situation nous a causé énormément de stress, d’autant plus que nous avions un long trajet prévu après notre séjour. Nous avions prévu de partir à 9h, mais nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 14h pour essayer de trouver une solution. Et malheureusement, l’hôtel n’a même pas réussi à résoudre le problème de son côté.

J’ai dû faire les démarches moi-même et me débrouiller pour essayer de contacter le monsieur à qui notre insuline avait été remise.

C’est une faute extrêmement grave et un manque de sérieux et de vigilance inacceptable, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un médicament aussi important que l’insuline. Une simple vérification du nom ou du numéro de chambre aurait permis d’éviter toute cette situation.

Freundliches hilfreiches Personal.
Zimmer war wie gewünscht rückseitig weg von der Strasse auf höherem Stockwerk gelegen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut mit feinem Brot, und ein paar spanischen Spezialitäten.

Cons:

Zur Begrüssung ein oder zwei Flaschen gratis Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer wäre für diese Preisklasse zu erwarten.
Spontanes Frühstück kann nicht auf die Zimmerrechnung gebucht und bei Abreise bezahlt werden.
Zimmertür hat unten zu grossen Spalt zum Boden. So hört man alle Geräusche und Gespräche vom Gang her.

Excellent one night stay.
Pros:

The staff are the stand out part of this hotel, Helpful, pleasant, give time for a talk, friendly and informative, We had a broken suitcase from a flight and two hours after checkout they let us transfer cases in a space they found for us, Also the room was spotless, big and bright, and very quiet. about a minutes walk from the hotel was a very pleasant park, where you could get a drink and bite to eat.

Cons:

Only having the one night!!!!
