No issue at all with the location.

Cons:

I originally booked a queen bed room for just 1 occupant. I was told that there was none available except handicapped rooms… which was fine. when i got to the room, the bed was maybe 2 feet from the ground. Thought i am not handicapped, i can imagine that would be super inconvenient for someone in a wheelchair. I wore white socks which shown how dirty the floors were. but outside of that and the cigarette smell lingering throughout the halls, it’s not bad for a short stay.

I didn’t like that I had to call multiple times for kitchen ware. And I was held up at check in because I paid through the booking app, and the staff couldn’t verify my payment. I had to show them my booking app, the. Show them my transaction from my card that I paid

Pros:

Since transferring to this one from the one on international dr we are extremely happy. Everything and everything has been amazing. 100% we should have came here from the beginning when we first arrived to start our new life here in Maryland.

The smell was HORRIBLE. Smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes in a non smoking room, along with a bad decaying smell. It was awful. There was nobody at the front desk and no breakfast in the morning. The coffee even ran out. A pot was put out that ran out and then that was it. The elevator was also broken so had to carry all heavy luggage up and down steps. The door was sticky and gross on the wood part and had giant bugs flying around the room. Then at 3am there was LOUD fighting right across from us. A woman was banging on the door to her boyfriend and was screaming at the top of her lungs to let her in. Woke my entire family up. It lasted a half hour! Finally someone went out and told them to shut up! No cleaning people or towels for 2 days. If you want pots, pans, anything(we had a kitchenette) you had to go ask the front desk but there was never anyone there! It was an awful experience. I will never ever go back there.

I got hurt we had a handicap accessible room as I cant stand to shower the chair was coming off the wall they sent a non maintenence person to fix it he said it was fixed I went to shower and while using shower chair it broke I fell wound up at the er hurt my back out of work 3 days wr talked to hotel they did nothing except when we got upset asked us to leave the hotel it was awful we spent hours in the car trying to find anouther room I will never go back to this place
