Location was good. My girlfriend and I normally don't do breakfast until 11 am., well past breakfast time. Didn't have breakfast at your facility. To be honest, we weren't very impressed with the facility. As soon as we turned into the driveway, I noticed the driveway is in poor condition and the building also. The clerk was absent from the counter. I had to call her on the phone to inform her we were waiting. We walked into our reserved room, and was very disappointed in the decor of the room and absence of furniture. I immediately turned on the a/c and after running a few minutes, it made a loud racket! Called the clerk about the situation and to assign us to another room, which she did. It was much better. But we also found chipped porcelain in the tub, very poor quality in towels and a shower head so high, there was no way an 80 yr. old man and short could reach it to adjust the spray. There also wasn't a TV guide in the room. The mattress wasn't very comfortable nor quiet! Plus, there isn't an elevator. So we had to walk up and down floors with our bags! In addition, there was only one entrance and exit to the hotel! Through the main entrance! So, not only is it a fire trap, but very inconvenient for us older folks to walk up and down stairs the length of the hotel!
Overall, we weren't impressed with your facility and won't be staying there again.
The bed and pillows were comfortable, the free wifi was a nice touch (although I feel it’s something that should come standard with a room), the pool and hot tub were nice, the room was adequately clean, it was in a convenient location
The hotel and rooms were pretty old and run down, I almost tripped and ate shit over the carpet wrinkles in my room several times, there was a funky odor in my room, the breakfast room was out of almost everything by the time I arrived (which was still well-within breakfast hours) and no one came around to refill anything
The room was comfortable.
It could have been a little bit cleaner. The backboard of the beds could have used a wiped down, and carpet could use a shampoo
great location near the highway, but I did not hear the highway.
bed was comfy, room was clean and bathroom as well.
no elevator so not great if you have heavy luggage. Hard to get a smile from the guest service agent. I asked to print a paper and felt like this was the most complicated and annoying task of her day
Wifi
Outdated and needs renovations. Our door trim was kept up by lots of pieces of tape which gave a bad first impression. The reservation was also confirmed on our booking app but once we arrived to check in they said they didn’t have single bed rooms available and we might have to go into a different room. Seems like they double booked and clerks were trying to figure out what to do. Furniture in the room had some damage and scuffed and chipped paint on the tv stand and the lamps had a strobe light effect going on. I would avoid this hotel and definitely not worth paying anything over $70.
Could have been cleaner for the money
Hot tub room it just looks run down and was very small I didn’t even use the hot tub it seemed dirty and was so small
Nothing
Rooms are dirty holes were dirty carpets were dirty carping the room was burned walls were dirty TV remote didn't work
Good location right next to the freeway
Ok
Everything was OK for me a solo construction worker
Yogurt at breakfast
My stays there have always been excellent. We love the Breakfast. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants♡🥰
Coffee not fresh or good. Only had toast
Very noisy. Irritating humming or fan noise - front desk finally figured it out about 3am and stopped it. Noisy people coming in between 12 - 3 am very noisy.
Seems like you get a bed and tv in room and not much else for comfort. Place really needs maintenance.
The room smelled like feet, the carpet had not been vacuumed (plastic clothing tags on the floor were tell-tale signs). Breakfast consisted of waffles only.
