Yo voy cada 2 semana pero el único problema que tengo son los mattress son muy incómodos tienen que cambiarlos tuve que cambiar más de 3 veces de cuarto para conseguir un cuarto pero ni así dormí mal con dolor a la espalda por favor ya he hablado con el maneger cambien esos matrees

Breakfast was above average.

Cons:

Lost water service within the entire hotel for the majority of 2 days during 4 day stay. Hotel manager told me the cost of my stay would be refunded. Of course, that never happened. It's one thing to lose water but don't lie to me about a refund. It's the last time I'll stay at Spot X.
