Very good and thank your staff for taking care of the situation
Pros:

Well at the Best Western plus your computer went down and the poor girl Ashlie I think was her name was doing the best she could to fix the problem but couldn't, so I asked her if they would honor our reservation up the road at another Best Western and THEY DID! Now that's service the only complaint was queen bed verses king bed.

Comfortable clean and kind!
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has cheesy omelets and not just scrambled eggs like other places. The eggs were the first things in the line-up which decreased the opportunity for cross contamination. The front desk was friendly.

Cons:

The coffee was old and not great. The location was a little odd for ingress and egress but manageable.

Pros:

The girl at the front desk was very nice and friendly! Pool was fun and warm. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The rooms smelled like stale cigarettes. Beds were just okay. Pretty small room for the price we paid.

Gentleman at the front desk in the morning was on his phone, coffee had run out and breakfast didn’t start until 7am our tournament started at 7:30. Most hotels started breakfast early for all the tournaments going on. Really disappointing that this hotel couldn’t accommodate this as well.

Hair in the shower before we used it and paint needed touched up in lots of places. Cob webs in the lights. Other than that the place was a decent place to stay.

The property was close to everything and the lobby was nice. Staff are super friendly, especially the ones who set up the breakfast.
The breakfast was surprisingly nice , really liked having a little yogurt cup and some eggs/waffles/coffees to start our day. Pool and hot tub was a bit of a plus.
The bed was very comfortable, the shower was also nice and roomy. Simple check in and check out.

Cons:

That being said , the pool facilities need a nice deep clean! Almost slipped stepping in a weird slimy spot trying to walk over to the pool.
The pool / hot tub themselves seemed fine.
The room seamed clean and comfortable but there was a bit of an old funky smell. Ended up having scented candles our whole stay. (Did the trick but still)
our table side lamps weren’t working, used the other 2 lamps in the room.

The location and price was amazing. The breakfast was really good as well very clean rooms and nice staff
