The most disgusting hotel in Paris, they lost my package saying well we don't know where it is. Then it turned out that no air conditioner DOES NOT WORK, although when booking it was written that they have air conditioners in every room, as a result, it is +30 degrees Celsius in each room, it is impossible to sleep, the rooms themselves are old and smelly! I don't recommend it to anyone! Beware of this hotel
Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making my stay enjoyable. A special mention to the breakfast team, who remembered my morning drink after the first day and had it ready without me even having to ask—a small gesture that made a big impression.
Although there was an unfortunate incident that initially left me disappointed, the hotel handled it exceptionally well. They listened, acted quickly, and turned the situation around flawlessly. It’s easy to see they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing outstanding service.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
We checked in Saturday night @6:30 pm
At reception we were told their AC does not work and without penalty we could move to a new hotel (it was 97 degrees out), no forewarning so we could have tried to have found a room! For 2 nights our room was 27.5 C or 82F. On the third day we did get to 25.5! Our room had a window that opened to the door for the garage drop off. That dropping on garage started at 6 AM till 6 PM. The only area that met “Hilton Hotel standards” was the staff. They tried their best! I can not wait to try and get a good nights sleep.
The boutique itself was lovely, with a nice bar/dining area for breakfast and a beautiful courtyard. The rooms were small but to be expected in Europe. We had a three story spiral walk-up (or elevator lift that barely held two people…I went up the lift with our luggage and my husband met me up there).
What wasn’t good: the lack of A/C. Granted it is hot in the summer in Paris, but the hotel should not advertise A/C. Upon checking in the staff told us “it doesn’t get as cold as you are used to in the USA” and offered a small fan for the room. We asked for two….knowing we’d likely want them. Upon first arrival it was 30.5 Celsius in the room (87 degrees Fahrenheit). After two days of the A/C running and two fans on, we got it to 29.5 Celsius (85 degrees)…..hotter than the temperature outside. So, again - please don’t advertise you have A/C when you clearly do not….or invest in upgrade to proper A/C.
The only handicapped room with a walk in shower was on the main floor. The bathroom had an unenclosed shower that flooded the bathroom. The water temp was uneven and had to be warmed up for
minutes ahead of time. The closet had a rack
that was inaccessible to anyone under 6 feet. The bed was supposed to be king but was a queen at best. The only reason the
hotel got one star was because staff was very nice and dining area and small garden was lovely. Breakfast was sufficient.
Enjoyable stay with boutique Belgrande. Aurélia was welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly at check-in. Cute bar downstairs. Delicious breakfast. Quiet location. Thoughtful room decor. Enjoy your own stay!
Mother/daughter birthday trip to Paris. Excellent stay at Le Belgrand for 5 nights. Staff, service, and breakfast were wonderful. Beautifully decorated french hotel is in great location, safe, and walkable to many attractions including the metro.
Le Belgrand Hotel Paris was a very quaint hotel very centrally located to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. The rooms are very small as this is an older building that has been updated by Hilton but it was still a beautiful hotel. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well as a boulangerie a few doors down the street. The manager Emir was so wonderful and helpful.
Love this hotel. The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quintessential and full of character.
The rooms are petite but well formed.
Konum muhteşem. Çalışanlar ilgili. Temizlik acısindan da çok temizdi.
Excellent three night stay at the Le Belgrand Hotel last week with my wife.
Location is great and close to metro stations and Arc de Triomphe / Champs Elysees in a lovely neighbourhood.
All team members were very welcoming and friendly especially Karima and Isabella - sorry didn't catch other names.
Front facing room was fine and breakfast each morning very good served on the ground floor.
Very helpful with storing luggage on departure day and with directions/information.
HH Diamond membership fully recognised thank you.
Would certainly return and thank you .
Hotel caríssimo, pequeno-almoço péssimo, quartos super apertados
I liked nothing
Tje rooms were the smallest ive ever come across in my worldwide travels.. couldn't open tje door barely without hitting tje bed. Room was so small I couldnt walk around tje bed to get to tje batjroom... I booked three rooms and decided to leave and find another hotel
This was my first hotel with a 4-night stay in Paris. The decor is band the staff were extremely helpful. We received so many suggestions for food and things to do that were really great! Soukainer, Omar, Raluca, and Karima were friendly and assisted us with everything we needed. They made sure to take care of us during breakfast and made sure we knew our options for dinner. It was such a wonderful experience at Le Belgrand Hotel that I would be sure to stay there again when I return to Paris!
Location
Showers way too small and impractical- had to squeeze in.
Emplacement idéal , a coté de plusieurs stations de métro et au calme
pas d'eau chaude le matin
