Pros:

The staff was accommodating and very pleasant. Cecy was very helpful with checking us in. The location is great, close to shopping and restaurants. Also close to Eagle Bank Arena. The price for the room we stayed in was awesome. We had almost everything we needed.

Cons:

Very minor, but had to ask for additional toilet paper for the room. Breakfast was ok, could have been better. But I shouldn’t complain about free.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig im Grünen trotz zwei stark befahrbarer Strassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof.

Cons:

Ein paar Minuspunkte gibt es wegen der Hellhörigkeit. Man hört jedes Wort neben an im Zimmer und jeden Schritt oberhalb des Zimmers. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Frühstück war nicht vielfältig.

Cons:

Dirty, soiled and holes in rugs, noise, trash, dog turns everywhere no one picks up after dogs, entryway dirt patches not nice grass, smelly halls, clientele that looked like section 8 project housing (maybe homeless are being relocated there?) etc

The Room on the 3rd floor was very comfortable.
Only issue- when the AC cycled it was noisy.

Breakfast was generally complete and commensurate with other establishments.

Other than episode of noisy AC cycling no negative experiences.
