Hotel war komfortabel, gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit und gute Restaurant, sehr schönen Park in der nahen.Personal am Rezeption war sehr Helfsbereit und kompetent.

Pros:

Fantastisk billighet, utrolig bra seng og koselig omgivelse. Veldig hjelpsomt og snill personal.

Cons:

Frokosten var bra , men veldig liten spisesalen. Det var ikke plass til alle gjester . Personalet har åpnet dør til terrassen ute, slik at det blir plass til det fleste. Men det var -8 ute, det var veldig kald og ubehagelig. Vi satt akkurat ved den døren. Dessverre, hotell frokost som vi har gledet oss til var ødelagt.

Stedet, personalet, ukomplisert, ujålete, stille

Cons:

Dusjhodet stod fast i feil stilling, uten høyderegulering.
Nesten tett avløp på vask. Gitt beskjed om.
Liker bedre vask på badet enn på rommet.
Spisesal hadde ukomfortable stoler/benker.
Veldig stygg kaffe i spisesal. God kaffe i Lounge. Men der fungerte ikke denne etter en kopp.
Brødet var ikke særlig godt.

Pros:

Bra läge i Majorstuen för vårt besök.

Cons:

Instämmer med andra att det är lite konstigt med handfat i rummet, men vi var förberedda så det var helt ok. Även konstigt att dörren ej låser sig direkt som man är van vid, men enligt personalen så låser dörren sig efter 30 sekunder.

Bad service by front desk staff
Pros:

Front desk is so rude, abrasive and dismissive. It was impossible to get help and the mood was bad enough that we exited and went elsewhere. Be aware the staff is unwilling to provide basic customer service or answer basic questions. Weird dynamic. Recommend Saga hotel just around the corner. They are warm, welcoming and off the main drag. Much better experience and warranted a review.

Unzumutbar kühles Zimmer im Winter

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich warm im Winter.
Nur eine Mini kleine Heizung, die es nicht geschafft hat das Zimmer warm zu machen. Am Schreibtisch zu sitzen und zu arbeiten unmöglich länger als 5 Minuten zu sitzen.

Die Nasszelle ist wirklich ein schlechter Witz. Wenn man duscht, wird wirklich alles nass, einschließlich das Toilettenpapier.

Fint lokalt Oslo-hotell med super service
Pros:

Bra beliggenhet på Majorstua - med mange butikker og restauranter mm. - også rett ved trikkeholdeplass. Solid og fint hotell med herlig personale.
