Romkort funket ikke, for lite ansatte og dårlig management

Beliggenheten er bra, sentralt og fint plassert rett ved Breiavatnet. Rene og fine rom.

Cons:

Det som dessverre ødela mye av oppholdet for oss denne gang, var måten resepsjonen og baren er drevet. Vi kom ned lørdag rundt kl 11, 25 stykker, og var klare til å legge kortene bak baren og kose oss til baren skulle stenge, kl 02:00 per deres nettside. Men når vi kommer til resepsjonen på en lørdagskveld, er det kun én ansatt som har ansvar for både resepsjonen og baren. Dette har jeg aldri opplevd før - og det må jo være en feil. Men da jeg spurte den ansatte, fikk jeg et enkelt svar: "det er på grunn av det er nattevakt." Ikke nok med det, men baren stengte to timer før uten begrunnelse, slik at de som hadde stått 20+ min i kø for å drikke, de fikk beskjed om å snu seg i køen og gå til rommet sitt. Her gikk hotellet glipp av mye penger og fikk et dårlig omdømme for 25+ personer som definitivt ikke vil anbefale dette hotellet til familie og venner i fremtiden - dette er ikke bra for et slikt lite hotelltilbud som i Stavanger. Det var også flere problemer med romkort på mobil og heis, slik at flere av oss måtte ned i samme resepsjonen for å ta ut fysisk kort. Alt i alt, en uheldig opplevelse som virker å kunne skyldes på veldig dårlig management og planlegging.

Cons:

It wasn’t very comfortable to sleep there: I felt I needed fresher air and more breathable bedding.
Nitpick: the hotel could also consider serving better coffee.

Pros:

Very nice breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes. Perfeclty located between harbour and train station directly at the lake. Cosy Hotel which is less crowded than others in this area. Prices are quite high though for a 3* hotel.

Cons:

Very small gym and no water in the room.

Żałuję, że dopiero pierwszy raz skorzystalem
Pros:

Świetny hotel, jeden z lepszych w jakim spałem w Stavanger. Zadbane wyposażenie, czystość. Jest wszystko czego potrzeba - czajnik w pokoju, deska do prasowania, porządny tv z możliwością streamowania ze swojego źródła, a nawet głośnik bluetooth! Na dole parasole, w korytarzu dozownik lodu. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, duży wybór, przyjemna i czysta jadalnia. Zameldowanie zajlo kilkanaście sekund, podobnie check-out z wystawieniem faktury. Żałuję, że dopiero pierwszy raz tu spałem.

Cons:

Dziwnie działające światło. Nie da sie zapalić lampki nocnej bez zapalenia światła w prawie całym pokoju. Ale to szczegół.
