.not staying there again.
Pros:

They had an elevator.

Cons:

Beds were lumpy. No coffee pot. You had to ask for shampoo. Wifi was not easy to figure out. We asked for side by side rooms but the were on opposite sides. They finally moved my sis. People hanging out in the parking lot. 100.00 deposit that no one mentioned.

Cons:

Staff not available at times. Things not working like the door key originally and then the tv. They had to switch out our room. Also floor was sooooo dirty. You can tell when you walked barefoot or with a white socks on. There were also a lot of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. Did not feel very safe. Also there was a roach in our bathroom.

Pros:

The hotel is convenient, right off the highway.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows very uncomfortable. There was no chair in the room, the vent in the bathroom was not good and lots of humidity in the room. There were a lot of people outside yelling and smoking weed which made it very uncomfortable.

Don't stay here there's 3 other hotels nearby that are better and better staffed

I didn't like staff i didn't like that they were un professional I didn't like they didn't attend to the people staying at the facility I didn't like how the safety lock didn't work so I felt alarmed at all times I didn't like the lack of supplies at the facility no kitchen appliances available the free breakfast wasn't what was advertised and I didn't like the cockroaches that came with the hotel room. I didn't like that hardly anyone would help at the front desk it was a terrible experience I also didn't like that the room I reserved wasn't available and they never reimbursed me for downsizing my room upon arrival I don't like even after a week after I checked out they haven't reimbursed me. And now they won't take my call
