Not bad for last minute overnight stay. I would stay there again.
Pros:

It was a clean decent room. Staff was attentive and polite.

Cons:

I didn’t like the people that was around the property. I couldn’t tell if they were occupying rooms or just hanging out, however I did feel safe.

Pros:

The bed was clean and bathroom too.

Cons:

I didn’t like that it didn’t feel safe. So many homeless people. Sketchy people outside all over the building. My AC couldn’t be left on because it smelt like something was burning.

A one night stop if desperate, don't expect much
Pros:

Location and parking was good
Good size TV

Cons:

The floor was absolutely filthy, and cockroaches running around, which I got rid of. No plates or utensils, although had stove, microwave and refrigerator

Good room for a good price. Beds and pillows were comfy, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Our first room had a residual smell of cigarettes and Jocelyn helped us get a room without the smell. Second room was much better.
