I didn't like staff i didn't like that they were un professional I didn't like they didn't attend to the people staying at the facility I didn't like how the safety lock didn't work so I felt alarmed at all times I didn't like the lack of supplies at the facility no kitchen appliances available the free breakfast wasn't what was advertised and I didn't like the cockroaches that came with the hotel room. I didn't like that hardly anyone would help at the front desk it was a terrible experience I also didn't like that the room I reserved wasn't available and they never reimbursed me for downsizing my room upon arrival I don't like even after a week after I checked out they haven't reimbursed me. And now they won't take my call

My reservation was not accurate, and showed employees several times in writing,no manager availability even multiple times asked and request.Garbage everywhere piled up and stunk, bags overflowing and piled upon one another.

nothing. They did not have a room for me, even though they had confirmed the reservation by booking.com messaging.
0 stars. They did not have rooms available and so I could not stay here. After traveling for 6 hours to get there, how would you feel if you were told that the reservation that was confirmed is not available and you can call booking.com and deal with them. The staff was not very helpful. They seemed more frustrated about having to deal with the situation than at my plight. No sorry, nothing.
and 0 stars for booking.com as well. I had to call multiple times. The call center is outside the US, which is fine. But the line keeps dropping. Imagine you are all tired, just want to get to your room, but have to explain the situation to 5 different representatives. They could not reach the hotel by phone, so they dropped an email to the hotel. The email was not responded to by the hotel. So I had to wait 30 mins for Booking.com to cancel my booking here and to be able to find me another hotel.
In the end, I ended up getting a room at Best Western, which is next door, is much nicer and the staff is super polite. Will not stay in any Extended Stay ever again. If you are visiting this town, just go to Best Western, they are 10 bucks more expensive, but worth it. They honor the reservations.
OH, BTW, there were bunch of people who looked like unhoused, smoking weed in the parking lot.

The iron didn’t work. The A/C didn’t work and you couldn’t open the windows.
Nothing honestly
The only thing I like was the morning clerk.
Well first they had me pay a 100 $ deposit or no room. Then after unpacking found out TV didn't work. So I called the desk, got told I was the second person that complained about it. So they put me in a down room, knowing it didn't have a TV. Would change it to another or bring up a TV telling there's on rooms or maintenence. Very rudely. Ask to speak to manager was told had to wait till morning. The I had a cockroch crawling on the ceiling above the bed. What a fine night. Morning I went to see the manager, was told wouldn't be in till Monday, and they weren't sold out of rooms. And the have TV. So there's supposed to serve breakfast didn't even have coffee. So they have the money I paid for the room and the 100 deposit they insist I had to pay. For a bug infested room. On third floor after I ask for a ground floor do to my bad back. The place is not a place I'd recommend to anybody.

The staff at ESA are all top notch, and go out of their way to make your stay better. Very pleasant. A perfect 10 would go to them.👍
The hotel rooms are very comfortable and homey.😀
