Please note that there is an extra charge for the use of the sauna and pool.

We reserve the right to change the opening hours of our restaurant at short notice, our "Fritze" pub is currently open on Saturday and Sunday.

The following fees apply for the use of the aqua spa area until 28th February 25:
€ 5.00 per person/per stay, bathrobe is available on request.
From 01st March will be € 7,50 per person/per stay.

Children up to 11 years old can use the Aqua Spa free of charge until 6 p.m.

Selten so freundliches Personal an der Rezeption erlebt. Ein tolles, großes Zimmer, ein super Geschenk für mein Kind. Das Frühstück war großartig.

Meine nächste Übernachtung in Potsdam findet nicht im Forint statt.
Pros:

Lage relativ zentral.

Cons:

Überzogene Parkgebühren. Weiterhin finde ich es nicht angebracht das ich als Hotelgast Eintritt in den Spa-Bereich zahlen muss. Das ist relativ ungewöhnlich! Für 4-Sterne S erwarte ich weiterhin auch einen Mini-Bar auf dem Zimmer. Meine Frage auf Tischreservierung zum Frühstück wurde verneint. Ich habe trotzdem reservierte Tische vorgefunden!?

Even the dog was happy to stay here
Pros:

The hotel is close to the center of the beautiful Potsdam. The room was a bit small but clean and everything was working. We got a space in the huge parking garage and we were able to charge our EV. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our dog got a treat when we arrived. All in all a very pleasant stay in this traditional hotel.

Cons:

The internet was a bit unstable and slow.
The EV charging is very expensive.

Netter aufhalt für kurze Tage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, doch dieses gemischte zwischen modern und Alt fand ich mit mein Mann nicht ansprechend aber darüber haben wir weg gesehen, der Pool war leider für unser 18 Monat altes Kind etwas zu kalt das sie nur 5min drin bleiben konnten.

Im Zimmer haben sich die Betten gespalten so das ich mit einen Bein meist immer in die Mitte gelang dafür konnte mein Kind wunderbar mit ihr geschenkten Teddy im extra Bett schlafen.

Leider ging unsere Luft Anlage oder wie man das nennt schlecht was Wärme anging somit war das Zimmer gut gekühlt das man ungern kurz begleitet liegen wollte nur mit Bademantel ect.
Ein Glas Wasser wurde gestellt das war sehr nett sowie Tee und entkoffinierter Kaffee sticks. Schön ruhig, Toilette hätte man in der Schüssel drin etwas mehr den Kalk beseitigen sollen so wie manche Ecken im großen und ganzen war es sehr nett und wir würden trotzdem buchen vom Bahnhof dauert es auch echt nicht lang mit Bus oder Bahn.

- Unser Luft Anlage Ding hat nur gekühlt somit war das Zimmer frisch und nicht so angenehm bekürtz gekleidet zu sitzen
-Die Betten haben sich gespaltet sie waren nicht zusammen (einzel Betten Anscheind)
- Kalk in der Klo Schüssel und manche Ecken des Badezimmers
