Important information:

Please note that there is an extra charge for the use of the sauna and pool.

We reserve the right to change the opening hours of our restaurant at short notice, our "Fritze" pub is currently open on Saturday and Sunday.

The following fees apply for the use of the aqua spa area until 28th February 25:
€ 5.00 per person/per stay, bathrobe is available on request.
From 01st March will be € 7,50 per person/per stay.

Children up to 11 years old can use the Aqua Spa free of charge until 6 p.m.

Wenn jemand einen großen abgewonten Klotz und überteuerte Preise in Kauf nimmt, ist er hier richtig.
Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich zwar entschuldigt und eine Nachreinigung beauftragt. Ich hätte von dem 4☆ Hotel aber beispielsweise einen Freidring in der Bar oder freies Parken als Entschuldigung erwartet. Zudem mussten wir später feststellen, dass zur Zeit die Übernachtungen mit kostenlosen Extras bei Travelzoo verramscht werden. Wenn ich ausscheque erwarte ich von dem Mitarbeiter eine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung war. Stattdessen trat er uns mit halbvollem Mund kauend entgegen. Das Frühstück war OK. Gesamt leider keine Werbung für die Hotelkette und Potsdam.

Sauberkeit; des Hotels und unseres Zimmers Nr. 3452. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig!

Cons:

Das Hotelrestaurant hatte nur in den Abendstunden geöffnet. Im Comfort-Zimmer keine Minibar u. kein Kühlschrank. Keine Srvice- Aufsichtsperson im Spa-Bereich. Zu kühles Wasser 21°C im Pool! Defekte Umkleideschränke und Schlüsselarmbänder im Wellnessbereich. Schlechte Beleuchtung der Thermometer und Sanduhren in den Saunen.

Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in 1-5 Minuten erreichbar.Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet.Das Personal sehr freundlich.Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Es gab erst gegen 16:15 die Möglichkeit,einen Kaffee zu bekommen.

Schöner kurzer Wochenendtrip

Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt.
Das Personal an der Bar war sehr freundlich.
