Concert in the City
Pros:

It has a wonderful vibe. The staff were great. Location was close to our concert venue. Room was terrific and the Irish pub next door was fantastic. Vikram reached out via text to see if we needed anything, which was above & beyond. Great place. Great staff. Great location. Will stay again.

Clean hotel, terrible lighting ok breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate

Cons:

The lighting in the room was awful. Our room overlooked a hostel so you couldn’t open the curtains to let more light in as they could see in. The bathroom was very small

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss sehr viel erkunden.

Just meh. Would have been higher.
Pros:

The staff were nice, the room was spacious, Nespresso is a nice touch, good location.

Cons:

No microwave, no fridge guaranteed, the strictest cancellation policy I have ever experienced and that gave me a negative enough experience not to book there again. I realized an error within 24 hours and months away from my stay and to not provide a free cancel with that much heads up and that soon after I pressed book, was ridiculous and they wouldn't budge.

Very nice staff working on the fringe of the drug affected homeless people

Reasonably comfortable hotel at a decent price, conveniently located downtown

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy - possibly something to do with the ventilation, but there was a constant humming sound that was fairly loud - manageable with earplugs

Close to attractions
Pros:

Excellent location, large room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Our room was next to the internal stairwell and ice machine the noise of the ice machine went throughout the night it was extremely loud and people sounded like elephants on the stairs. When I approached the staff they said I should have asked for a room away from the stairs? I was not to know this would be an issue. Majority of staff seemed disinterested in guests.

Here for a good time not a long time!
Pros:

Location is fantastic and we were unable to make it to breakfast as we checked out early for a long road trip

Cons:

The parking situation was slightly an inconvenience but understood the solutions that were in place to accommodate guests and with what you guys did, it works. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
