Unpleasant and very disappointing. Not the standard I expected from a Marriott hotel.
Cons:

Our room was “tired”. The carpet was torn and frayed at the edges. The walls and bathroom were stained, and there was an unpleasant odor that hung in the air. It was also very noisy.

After all it was great stay.

Great location close to many places !

Cons:

The carpet on the room was a little smelly and so as the room. We requested trash removal and thy didn’t come.

My stay was un remarkable.
Pros:

The on site parking was a plus.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She registered me for Marriott Bonvoy and I appreciated it.

Cons:

Being told that towels would be delivered and that the used towels would be taken and it DID NOT happen.
The television went out and never came back on.

We stayed here 2 nights . I walked out to my car with a few bags , the gentlemen at the front desk said “have a great day” no later than 10 min I walked back in , grabbed a coffee , and he asked “ are you staying here in a very condescending tone “ I said yes and held up my key and informed him I had just walked out 5 min ago: no apology or anything . Made me feel like I needed to prove to him I was a guest was disappointment , and lack of attention to the guests of the hotel . As someone who is the first person you see when you walk in the hotel , I would strongly consider training the front desk to be friendly and attentive to guests .
