Really surprised us.
Pros:

Loved the duration of the stay but very poor front desk service.
Pros:

Great location and room.

Cons:

Poor front desk check-in service. Was told to wait 10 minutes from staff and manager, ended up waiting an hour after check-in time in lobby. Staff said something was ready then proceeded to say they think they may be overbooked. Room wasn’t ready until over an hour later.
