We will return as we go thru Durango again. Prices are climbing though!! Ugh

Room was great

Cons:

Breakfast food was great. Got very crowded and the trash cans were overflowing. We have been to this Comfort Inn several times and this was the first time the dining area needed attention and no one was around to deal with it.

Pros:

Beds are so comfortable and I like the 4 pillows, the make up removers, the cold lemon and lime drinks

Cons:

The cookies were gone every night before I could get one 😍 I think the shower soaps and conditioners are too hard to operate, it took a while to figure them out

Booking.com needs to be honest and not be a part of overcharging.
Pros:

Booking.com charged me about $80 more than anyone else which included the person checking in ahead of me. Tha manager acknowledged that I had been charged but there was nothing he could do about it. I am very unhappy with booking.com.the

The hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable.

Guest must ask to not be charged for the use of the safe, otherwise a charge is put on the bill.

Breakfast was decent

Cons:

The heat lamp in the bathroom kept going out along with the light. The sink and counter were very low. The carpeting was coming apart toward the front door, exposing tack strip. Bathroom fixtures were loose, and jiggly and refrigerator was leaking water.
