Comfortable hotel near the downtown area and only 1.5 miles from train station.
Pros:

The reception crew were wonderful pointing out all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. Spacious, clean room.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The room clean and beds comfortable.

Cons:

The staff was very unhelpful, they had no regular coffee, they said the shipment was delayed, but what I don’t understand if you know it’s been delayed the day before, why don’t you go out and buy some until it gets there. Also, I tried to check out. There was no one available. I came back three times when I asked someone they said the person should be there but made no effort to help me.

Very great sleep in the King bed work great cucumber and lemon water with my popcorn.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast could have been better. Eggs were watery and water in pan. The sausage links and patties tasted like microwave, now too appetizing but the cook with the glasses was so so great.

The cleanliness of the elevators and small size of pool.

I would not stay there again, it was ok.

Cons:

It was adequate but not outstanding compared to hotels if the same caliber. We asked for housekeeping when we checked in because it’s optional and never received it. I approached a housekeeper in the hallway for a couple fresh bath towels and she asked me for payment. I’ve never encountered that before! I declined, told her the situation and she said ok begrudgingly.
