The breakfast was delicious. Rooms were good.
I think they need to replace the mattress.
Pros: lots of nice little touches like fresh popped popcorn in the lobby each afternoon, and warm cookies too. The room had plenty of extra towels, pillows, and toiletries (extra bars of soap without asking, and mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion). Lots of text touch points made getting in touch feel seamless. The front desk person at check-in was thorough, organized, efficient, and friendly. Hallways were quiet and we never heard our neighbors. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and choices.
Overall, one of the better chain hotel experiences I've had, given all the nice extras and touches.
Cons: so few cons! the location doesn't feel walkable to much (but it's an easy in and out with your car to campus, downtown, or to get back on the road). The sauna was out of order during our visit, unfortunately. The room carpet and air conditioner could use a deep clean, although the rest of the room felt very clean.
Location was great. The breakfast was very good. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Staff were very nice and quick Checkin and checkout.
Bathroom was small but ok.
Friendly staff, location was good, has working elevators, spacious rooms,
The reason why I gave 8 stars is because I feel like there’s something in the air which made me sneeze all the time and made my nose really dry. Whenever I’m inside the hotel it’s also harder for me to breathe.
Was greeted very nicely and front desk lady was very outgoing and friendly.
Dog friendly
The location is close to downtown.. Check in process was really smooth, but that's pretty much it.
I'm not sure if it all was all because of the spring break, but... The facility is not clean at all, the corridors, the kitchen/cafe, the swimming pool, even the lobby, all dirty and beaten up. The breakfast, even as our expectation were low, was pretty bad. The staff did their best, but it was too many people, not enough food and coffee, complete mess in the cafe, but it's on the guests as well, who were very disrespectful. My family's room was nice and smell good, but my room smell really bed, as bed sheeting weren't dried properly. Another thing is the noise, but it's normal for this kind of hotels.
Kind staff and clean and comfortable rooms.
Parking
Wifi access was tedious and complicated
