Best stay in Durango for balance between budget and comfort.
Pros:

This hotel is simply fantastic. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and the staff were all so great. I want to give extra kudos to the gentleman that manages the breakfast bar! He was so attentive, kind, and does a great job!!

I would stay again in the future!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, room was very comfortable, and pretty clean. Staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. I had a business cancel our meeting and the front desk staff worked with me to cancel my reservation saving my company a day's room charge. This was more than graciously appreciated.

Unacceptable considering the lack of maintenance and housekeeping in the room.
Pros:

Staff was great, considering their work load and being short staffed. Breakfast was good, although things kept running out making staff scramble more than they should have had to. Location is great. Exterior and interior appearance is fine. Short overnight stay, so didn't use any of the facilities otherwise.

Cons:

Maintenance and cleanliness was seriously lacking. The curtains in the room were broken and loose - had to get a spring clip from the front desk to secure privacy. Floor in the bathroom had cracked tile and was absolutely filthy. Pubic hair and urine around the base of the toilet was unacceptable and ruined my stay there.
