Incredible value to stay within the Dana Point area
Pros:

The value of the Best Western, especially in the Dana Point area, is amazing. The staff was able to accommodate my wife before our check-in, and even allowed her to work in the Business Center hours before check-in as we arrived early. It is also insanely close to a row of great restaurants across the street.

Cons:

The rooms aren't the quietest as you may hear your neighbors walking and talking down the halls, or the cars driving by the main road.

Bed was awful. For the money they charge, they should have been able to purchase new mattresses. Sheets were coarse, and pillows were lousy. The place is starting to show signs of wear.
Staff is nice, but they randomly give out the gift bags. Sometimes you get one and sometimes not. 🤷‍♀️

I loved this place, we could walk to alot of places. The fireworks on the each were great fun. B
Pros:

The breakfast left something to be desired. Not real eggs and alot of the food was over cooked. But it was easy access and that was great.
I wish the barge for the fireworks was a little close to shore because they seemed a bit far out but it was
a great show.

Cons:

We had to leave early because of anemergency at home. they did give us credit but I think charged us more
that expected.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone that worked the front desk and breakfast area were helpful, friendly and sooo professional! Everything I needed was handled promptly with a smile over our 6 day stay! Location to beach within walking distance and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Kid friendly, dog friendly and safe.
