Nice bed and nice room, but the floor at the sink needs some TLC: polish ? wax? Its awful ! Room 126
Pros:

Kind and attentive employees at the front desk.

Cons:

Floor at the sink and around bath tub very poorly maintained. There were even some foot-prints of previous guest.
That part of room 126 needs immediate attention.

Professional staff, clean facility and excellent location.
Pros:

Very professional staff especially the staff member who check us in. We did not get her name but she was so nice.
Also the guy on breakfast, he is welcoming and greet everyone like they are not in hotel but at home.

Nada , ni siquiera me que de tube que ir a buscar otro hotel por qué me entregaron una habitación sucia que no habían limpiado y no tenía otra y se dieron cuanta que las recamareras no la limpiaron

Decent hotel
Pros:

Decent enough hotel with large, well equipped rooms - separate sitting area, kitchen, whirlpool bath. There was also a small balcony, but it only overlooked the main road, so wasn't much use. A free breakfast was available with several hot options.

Cons:

The location isn't great - it is quite a walk to the harbour and marina, which are the nicest parts of the town with the best restaurants. Parking was $25 per day, which may be the going rate, but it is still a rip - off. We found hotels in Santa Barbara and Carmel that didn't charge for parking.

The property was very clean.

Cons:

The parking is very tight. Only 4 handicap spaces. For please with scooters and wheelchairs there should have been more places. The parking fee of $25 daily is very steep.
