totally fine, delightful staff and the attached restaurant was very very good
Pros:

room was old and pretty run down and the toilet flush handle was under the countertop and oddly hard to reach but we got what we expected in the overall facilities and were fine with it all. the Staff was delightful.

This was my second stay here-I will return!
Pros:

The staff had great customer service! Property was peaceful and quiet. Room was clean. Price was affordable.

Cons:

The hotel advertises that breakfast is included. That consists of a small pack of tiny donuts or a nutra grain bar.
The floors are not swept and mopped in between guest stays. I had to clean the floor with a wet towel.
Guests smoking weed in another room. I had to open my door in sub zero weather to breath because the smell was so strong.

It’s run down that needs complete upgrade. No counter in bathroom to place things. Phone didn’t work. Loud partying neighbors.

Had to change rooms shower in first room, ceiling peeling and plaster falling.
Pros:

Manager said coffee machine issues so they just had some pump Carafes of coffee.

Cons:

It was just grab and go food packaged breakfast bars, coffee and that's it.
Dresser drawers dirty, bathroom needs some work. Dirty old grout.
