Booked and paid in advance but when we arrived they di not have a room.

Cons:

We booked and paid for our stay and when we got there we were told there was no rooms left and that the only room that was free was not cleaned. We were told we would have to find our another place to stay but it was after 11pm so we had to sleep in our car.
I called the hotel switchboard to ask for a refund and we were told we would get a full refund within the week. Well 3 weeks went by and no refund. We had to call again and ask again. This time our money was refunded.
Would not recommend staying at this place. They do not take care of you - the customer.

They have Roaches and The owner and multiple other tenants are doing Witchcraft on me. Roaches and bedbugs are a sign that witchcraft is being done

I would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Pros:

It was a lovely and peaceful room. Perfect for my healing process.

Very little to mention because all was what I needed and wanted.

Cons:

The parking lot was completely unplowed during a snowstorm but guests were still expected to leave at 11am and told they would be a charged a fee for late checkout. If your multi million dollar company wants guests to leave on time then pay for a private contractor plow the parking lot. The same thing happened during last year's snowstorm.

Very Disappointed with this property

Cons:

Very disappointed in this property and the staff. Dirty and felt like it was more of a transient housing complex than a hotel stay.
Within first hour local police were called because of a homeless person living in their laundry room.
