Per fortuna era il soggiorno di una notte

Parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte alla camera

Cons:

La struttura era lurida, tanto nelle aree esterne quanto nella camera. Sporcizia, macchinari del ghiaccio dismessi, calcinacci. Sembrava di essere in un film horror. L’ascensore per accedere alle stanze era quasi peggio delle scale; ascensore che peraltro non ci era stato segnalato dalla proprietà che ha pensato bene di comunicarcene l’esistenza solo dopo averci visto caricare le borse in spalla.

Not perfect but ok to stay
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, quiet except for an occasional train going by, good location downtown near State Capitol and Governors Mansion.

Tired old hotel owners trying his best to renovate.

Pros:

Lobby was very clean, owner was incredibly kind. Rooms have fridge and microwave, plenty of space. It was a great choice for our stay

Cons:

Lighting was a bit low but only because a light bulb was out in our room. I did not request a new one so that is partially my fault :)

I requested a non smoking room but the room was very stinky, the tv and wifi didn’t work properly, the room was not very clean, the AC was not cooling properly, the place needs a lot of updates inside and outside.

one of the worst booking I did in my life
Cons:

I booked a double room, but in the end the room wasn't ready and I was given a single room with an armchair. Then the air conditioning wasn't working and there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom.

Families be cautious. Hotel not what it seems on the website

The staff was good

Cons:

Crackheads all throughout the night. My son didn't sleep. He recorded a lot of the yelling, and sexual activities that was going on

A good value close to the Capitol.
Pros:

The room was on par with other similarly priced hotels. Clean and well appointed.

Get manager who helped us with our bags.

Cons:

It’s clearly getting renovated so the public spaces and balconies are a work in progress

One and Done!
Pros:

It was clean inside our room

Cons:

No signs to where to go. You pull in and you see rolls of carpet and other items. It was not very appealing. Parking lot was not very clear on how to park. Lines were every 2 ft. Inside, lobby was too big and not clear where to go. Staff, was hard to listen to due to not able to speak English well enough to get answers. No amenities for the price, even though they had space. Room, overall it was clean but out dated. Our ceiling was chipping away, TV only gave us 2-4 channels on a good hour. Jacuzzi was alright, however there were supposed to have soap, shampoo and conditioner for the shower and it was empty!
