Didn’t get any sleep and everything was gross.

It was in the hood. So there were nasty people everywhere. The towels were stained. The sheets were stained. The furniture had mystery stains. There was a child SCREAMING for two hours during the night that made us call the police. People would bang on our door or be yelling outside. The floor was dirty.

Terrible stay, it was cheap, probably why it was so bad.

The location was the only good thing about this property.

Cons:

The property was terrible.
It smelled of weed and urine in the hallways and the room smelled as well. There were no sheets provided for sofa bed. I needed to ask for clean towels and extra sheets. I was given one pillow that was made up for 2 smaller pillows. Worst stay ever in a hotel. Very disappoint long

Even though it’s cheaper, it is in rough shape, makes you wonder what you can’t see. Also, needs to be cleaned better.

Pros:

The staff was helpful, nln aggressive like other establishment I visited. Everyone was polite and courteous. I've visited this establishment throughout the year's and I will said, That's the way a establishment should treat their guest with the upmost respect. Gratitude to them doing a excellent job to make sure their guest are comfortable.

The breakfast, needs improvement in that area.

Horrible and I wish I’d never stayed there. Would love my money back cuz I did try to cancel

Everything, they made us wait almost an hour for a room to be cleaned out, the room was not all the way cleaned out, the toilet was throwing out hot steam, super hot when we sat on it and ran out of toilet paper that same day we arrived. The smell in the lobbies and rooms were awful
