Room was decent size

I like how accommodating they are. Very attentive to making sure your stay is amazing. The pool was clean and warm, the rooms were very nice and clean.

The staff is friendly, Magdalena was very helpful.

The place is very welcoming from the moment you walk in, staff is amazing . They are always on the move doing something but always ready to help when needed. Highly recommend!
Rooms are very spacious the only “down” is we got a elevator room, so the constant elevator moving was a little annoying but not too bad.
Located near plenty of restaurants and things to do like bowling and shopping. Pool was a decent size a bit cold but that’s expected, kids still enjoyed.

Such an amazing experience, they service was fantastic, most friendly people I've met at a hotel. Magdalena and Vonetta were amazing and so friendly. 10/10, would highly recommend.

The rooms was super nice and clean just didn’t love the fact the air conditioner and the refrigerator did not work and that there was no microwave . My girlfriend on our visit for valentines had a big crawl on her while we was sleep . Also wasn’t told that ps4’s and ps5’s are not compatible to hook up so we could watch our movie apps and her play her game the bootleg cable was terrible most channels didn’t even work or come through. No microwave . The front desk associate the night we checked in wasn’t that great and was told about incidental charges of 50$ per night which was fine but it would’ve been better to know to pay in advance . The bar drinks was disgusting and didn’t taste like what it said it was supposed to. They have frozen food which is also not told until you get there to eat or drink. I still had to pay for one of my drinks when me and my girlfriend barely took a sip. Just overall not the best hotel and we had better experience

Great hospitality room, clean and calm atmosphere

Several issues during our recent stay - front desk staff would not answer phones during day of arrival, and then after calling down from the room regarding a service issue. No hot water in sink/shower, bug on bed and in heating vent (harmless, but still.....), issue with computer system upon check-in resulted in a 20 minute wait to acquire room key, rooms/hallways/lobby look tired and worn and the hotel carries no welcoming vibe. Spoke with General Manager in the morning, she apologized and waived charge for stay and allowed us to cancel the 2nd night reservation without a penalty, so that was a positive experience. I agree with the previous reviewer's findings - we would not return to this hotel in the future. At this point, I am surprised that Hyatt allows this property to carry their name.

Venetta and all staff were extremely kind, helpful and always greeted with a smile.

Vonetta helped me so much when I needed directions very attentive and generous.

This used to be our go to hotel when in area visiting family in the area. Something has changed and its now run down and feels like a cheap motel. Video gaming and vending machines in lobby? They offer a bar/food and we used to use it at night but now it's dirty and messy. Would never consider ordering food from there. Coffee area was dirty with spilled creamer dripping and also hot water urn empty. Girl at desk couldn't be bothered to help as she was too busy video chatting with friends. Rooms are solidly built and but getting dated. We had water dripping from ceiling fan in bathroom also hair on towels. This place was once great and sad to see it fall into disrepair. Will not return.

The manager and night staff that checked us in were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms clean with comfy beds and the bar and sitting area were relaxed and pleasant. Exactly what was needed for our family and extended family that were in town for a funeral.
