from beginning it was a problem, but then the receptionist - awful experience!
Pros:

Location was actually good.

Cons:

arab receptionist was extremely rude / did not wish to help and was saying if I have a problem with key card - that is my problem and did not offer any solution for the problem with luggage storage. he is/was at work in HOSPITALITY - to help people not to be disgraceful and screaming at guests.

Pros:

Struttura eccezionale, io avevo la camera privata. Posizione perfetta in centro città, stanza pulita e molti servizi. Penso la miglior qualità-prezzo di Budapest.

Cons:

In 4 giorni non mi hanno mai pulito la stanza, boh magari dovevo chiedere io comunque non ne ho mai sentito il bisogno
