Pros:

Hotel pulito. Staff disponibile. All’arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia e hanno provveduto subito a cambiarci di stanza, con una di categoria superiore.
Hotel vicino al centro, transfer gratuito per il porto.

Staff gentilissimo, struttura molto pulita, posizione eccellente.
Servizio navetta da/per il porto.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle alcune cose andrebbero migliorate. La colazione è buona ma non molto ampia. Da prevedere anche una maggiore fornitura nelle camere.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione super centrale. Camere spaziose e personale gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione e ci hanno aiutato a programmare anche escursioni e noleggio motorini.

Hôtel agréable à Lipari même si un peu cher
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre, l’emplacement est parfait, la chambre grande et la piscine très agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique

Cons:

L’hôtel est bien mais prix est trop élevé il faut le dire. 300€ la nuit on entre dans une catégorie qui nécessiterait des ajustements qui sont attendus dans cette gamme de prix, par exemple :
- l’eau devrait être gratuite et non payante
- idem pour les cafés au bar
- le petit déjeuner est ok mais dans cette gamme de prix on s’attend à du plus (jus de fruits frais..)
- enfin la piscine : elle est ouverte aux non résidents pour un prix modique, ce qui fait qu’elle peut être très fréquentée pr moments. Pr ailleurs elle fermé pour tout le monde a 19h, il est dommage de ne pas laisser les résidents en profiter plus longtemps. Enfin il y a un cours d’aquagym en plein milieu de l’après midi à l’heure là plus chaude de la journée. Tout ça n’est pas très grave mais encore une fois compte tenu du prix élevé de la nuit on s’attend à des dispositions plus orientées vers l’expérience des clients de l’hôtel…

Camera spaziosa, luminosa e pulita.
Servizio di tranfer gratuito da e per il porto.
Colazione buona, anche se forse essendo un 4 stelle dovrebbe esserci più varietà di cibo.

Cons:

Ultima notte coppia di ragazzini che fino alle 3 di notte praticamente ci hanno impedito di dormire a causa di urla e schiamazzi. Poi alla seconda chiamata in reception, è intervenuto il portiere notturno.

Pros:

L’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Les infos sur les choses à faire et comment étaient au top.
Chambres très propres et confortables avec une très bonne literie.
Emplacement parfait pour tout faire à pied.
Et le service de mini bus puis de petit bateau pour aller aux plages est super et correct en prix.
Mention spéciale à Porticello beach, le taxi Nadia, bus et bateau Luana, l’osteria Liparota et le ristorante Sange Rosso.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très classique mais le personnel est tellement agréable que ça va!

If you can handle the walking, may be the best in town.
Pros:

This is a relatively new, immaculately maintained boutique hotel close to downtown (few if any other hotels in this small town looked new)

Cons:

No food other than breakfast. A 15” walk to many restaurants facing the marina (downhill to town but a fairly strenuous walk back up hill if you’re a senior citizen)
