Wondetful staff and fantastic location and the rooftop bar, the restaurant and bar were excellent!

Great location! Close to everything.

Cons:

The bathtub is too slippery & narrow specially for elderly and disabled people, but then again I’m a slim person and in good health yet it was still very narrow and slippery for me as well. The hotel staff did get me a silicone mat to put inside the bathtub for my parents and I which helped some. We would still stay here in a room which doesn’t have a bathtub.

The stay was great, in general.
Pros:

The location, professional staff, very clean, food excellent

Cons:

Very noisy. You can hear everything that happen around you, the ambulance, people screaming in the street.

Quarto grande e espaçoso. Excelente café da manhã. Ótima opção de restaurante e refeição além do jantar.

Cons:

Sistema de cortinas poderia ser melhor e as tomadas poucas opções e em pontos ruins.

Excellent hotel for the money!
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was great, staff were more than accommodating!

Cons:

There seemed to be a little glitch with the A/C in the dining area, but not unbearable.

Keurig hotel, uitstekende service en gunstige ligging
Pros:

Lekker centraal gelegen, vlakbij openbaar vervoer en mooi uitzicht op het kasteel. Keurig verzorgd en personeel dat met je meedenkt en zeer attent is!
Wij zijn supertevreden en wanneer we weer naar Lissabon gaan, dan kiezen we weer voor Mundial

Sehr zentrale Lage und schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne 360 Grad Aussicht vom Restaurant, in welchem man frühstückt. Zudem top Lage, sehr zentral und vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. 10Min Gehzeit vom Zentrum entfernt und sonst vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit Wasser und leckeren Pastels begrüsst.

Cons:

Ausser, dass die Zimmer etwas älter sind, nichts zu bemängeln. Jedoch stets sauber. Dusche etwas klein, jedoch in Portugal gewöhnlich.

Pros:

The location is great - near all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast could be improved, it is overpriced and there was no air conditioning or fan so it was very hot.

Cons:

While the location is close to shops and restaurants, at night I did not feel safe travelling in some of the surrounding areas. It is very noisy outside during the night as well.
