Sehr gute Lage - aber eben mit Abstrichen - für einen Stadtaufenthalt für 1-2 Tage reicht es aus

Die Lage ist optimal zentral gelegen, was sich aber auch in der Lautstärke bemerkbar macht
Das Personal war aber immer sehr bemüht

Cons:

Im Park gegenüber sind aber nachts nur Bettler, Obdachlose und Drogenhändler unterwegs, wenn man da unterwegs ist, kommen ständig Leute her, die einen anbetteln oder was andrehen wollen, das fühlt sich sehr unsicher an.
Das Frühstück ist passabel in Mensa Atmosphäre, nicht sehr liebevoll angerichtet und Massenabfertigung
Leider sind die Fenster zur Strasse sehr sehr hellhörig und es ist sehr laut durch die Strasse davor
Die Rooftop Bar wird sehr offen beworben, so dass man am Abend keinen Platz mehr bekommen hat als Hotelgast, weil alles mit Laufkundschaft voll ist, die nicht aus dem Hotel sind

Doskonała lokalizacja, wygodne pokoje, uprzejmy personel, dobre śniadania.Blisko do ciekawych miejsc, sklepów, restauracji.

Cons:

W pokoju był czajnik elektryczny, ale saszetki z kawą rozpuszczalną czy herbatą można było kupić w recepcji, o czym informacji zabrakło.

Świetne miasto, (pozornie) dobry hotel, okropny śmierdzący pokój!

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wygodne łoża, bardzo smaczne śniadanie, super bar na dachu z fantastycznym widokiem, przyjemna restauracja z widokiem na miasto, wysoko wykwalifikowany personel (zarówno recepcja jak i ten obsługujący śniadanie oraz bary - bo jest jeszcze jeden bar na dole hotelu),

Cons:

Obrzydliwy pokój! Śmierdzący jak szczurza nora. Pełno pleśni!!! (efekt słabej wentylacji). Pleśń na ścianach oraz na zasłonach. Aż trudno uwierzyć, że tak dbający o szczegóły i mający pomysł na Klienta hotel kwateruje klientów w takich śmierdzących pomieszczeniach. SKANDAL !!! (pokój 440 oznaczony jako classic).

excelente me encanto el hotel su gente que atendia, las piezas buenas y siempre dispuestos ayudar

el Restaurante nos sirvieron una comida muy deficiente y no tuvieron muy buen trato. La comida tibia y los tallarines que me sirvieron muy malos sin queso rallado que tuvimos que pedir y nos trajeron un queso muy malo no lo tenian previsto, el plato de mi marido muy deficiente y muy muy caro comparado con todos los restauranes que fuimos despues y que eran muy ricos y bien servidos
Seria bueno que se preocupen de ese Restaurante que esta arriba porque tiene muy bonita vista y lo estan desaprovechando.
En la terraza de arriba no pudimos aprovecharlas ni conocer el servicio ya que llovia mucho.

I like it coz its centre of the old city and lots of restaurants nearby. The tram 28 just outside the hotel and walking distance to all tourist spots.

Cons:

Our bed was not comfortable as it was makibg noise even with slight movements.
