Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned in the three days we stayed there. We hung out the notice to have the room cleaned - the first day it was left there. The second s day it was put back together snide the door but the room was not touched. Somebody did arrive at about 4pm on day two to clean but we were just back after a day out and it was too late to be cleaning our room. Very disappointed with this

This our 3rd year staying in your hotel. We come back because of the location and the people. Thanks
Pros:

Great location and your staff is very welcoming

Cons:

The internet was very slow. Our TV didn’t work initially and the room temperature was very high. We tried to turn it down but the thermostat didn’t respond. The outside of our room was very noisy all night.

Had a lovely time!
Pros:

Perfect location!! There was even a welcome drink, bottle of wine, and pastry. Our flight was delayed, and they quickly accommodated us. Highly recommend!

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal mit Abzügen beim Frühstück

Wir konnten einen kostenlosen frühen Check-in machen und das Personal beim Koffertransport und an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und es war alles sauber. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.

Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, was sich aber im Zimmer und Frühstücksbereich nicht wieder spiegelt.
Der Frühstücksbereich und das Frühstück waren lieblos. Der Bereich ist auch zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen, weshalb man einen Zeitslot an der Reception angeben oder warten muss, bis ein Tisch frei wird.
Am Platz vor dem Hotel, bzw. an mehreren Plätzen in Lissabon halten sich dubiose Gestalten auf, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Vor dem Hotel stand immer ein Angestellter, weshalb man sich trotzdem sicher fühlte.

Cons:

Hotel velho com ar condicionado empoeirado, carpete com mal cheiro. Tive uma crise alérgica terrível por conta do quarto com baixa manutenção. Além disso o prédio possui poucos elevadores o que dificulta a movimentação.
