Location was very good as far as close to everything although shady people hanging around the praca Martins Moniz was a distraction. Staff was great, rooms itself was great and confortable, view was great, breakfast was good great variety.

Cons:

Shady people hanging around the praca Martins Moniz was a distraction. Homeless near-by. Balcony drain was clogged and water puddle was present. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor, constantly cleaning water with towels.

There is good potential in this hotel but needs to be looked after for better customer experience.
Pros:

The location was very practical. Parking and EV charger available and affordable. The staff was very attentive and nice. The lobby area/bar and the rooftop bar were very nice.

Cons:

The pictures were taken when the hotel was new, so it’s very descieving. Our room was not in good condition. Air conditioning was not working properly, missing buttons and the air quality was giving my partner a skin rash, tv signal was poor, bad smell on carpet, bed was very hard, bathtub leaks on the side of the glass so it goes to the carpet and that’s the smell maybe. Lack of attention to detail in the facilities in general. For a hotel that size and prestige I was expecting true 4 stars, very disappointed.
