Pros:

Hie close it was to shopping

Cons:

The room had used drug pipes in the cabinet over the refrigerator, I didn't see it until the next morning. The room was not cleaned properly. I was very disappointed also the elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor with a bad hip.I felt bad when I left it really made my whole trip bad.

The general manager, Elizabeth, was very nice and tried to accommodate us. Our reserved room was flooded, and all she could give us was one bed and a hide a bed. The room had no amenities. No coffee service or paper towels in the kitchenette. They advertise that coffee and some breakfast food was available in the lobby, but I saw nothing of the sort. There was someone banging on the wall in the room next to us, and the room smelled like mildew and old cigarette smoke. It's not a pleasant experience. The property is in dire need of a refresh. Until then, I can not recommend.

Cons:

There was nothing likable about this hotel except the staff.

Not satisfied with the stay.
Pros:

I like everything that was walking distance for me to get to. There were food places and stores in walking distance.

Cons:

I had to go get blankets for our beds. They didn't have any to accommodate us. We had to go purchase blankets. They didn't have my key to the rooms work. Had to go up and down three flights of stairs still result. The tub was dirty. They didn't have a trash can in either room. No dish towel. The bed had hair in it. It was the worst stay. The air conditioner was leaking water. It could have been better.

Cons:

Cleaning was sub par.when you walked around the room you're feet turned black, the windows were smeared up like a child stayed previously. We've stayed there several times in the past, and each time it was a little bit worse. I love the location but won't be staying there in the future. I don't normally do these feedback things but maybe it'll help.

On the whole, it served it's purpose, but it was a littered, and poorly kept property.
Pros:

Air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

One of our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and the refrigerator smelled like death. They did allow us to swap rooms though.

Pros:

quiet. decent location.

Cons:

Furnishings old and shabby. Poor pillows. Dirty exterior. Only one luggage cart. Run down appearance. Kitchenette that has nothing in it so you have to go to the office to get what you need for cooking, dishes, HAIR DRYER etc. Garbage overflowing. NO BREAKFAST. They blame the promise of breakfast on booking.com but it is advertised on THEIR ads.

The property had roaches, lots of stains on beds!!! I have pictures!! There was toothpaste all over bathroom along with mold and floor peeling up and the shower curtain rod was falling
