Courtyard Cleveland Airport North

Location and cleanliness.

Hotel is close to the airport and provides transportation via a shuttle to the terminal.

Super friendly front desk staff. Easy check in and helpful with places to eat close by.

Hotel is your traditional Courtyard with a throw back feel of furniture. Visible aging of the hotel with past ceiling leaks that have not been repaired but are not leaking anymore. Kinda of an odd smell when you walk into the room. Not sure if it was old wet carpet smell or what but it is constant in two rooms we had.

Priced good and convenient to local restaurants and airport.

Disappointed. Front desk personnel were rude and did not present in the way Marriott employees typically greet and manage their guests. They often appeared inconvenienced and bothered to be of service to their guests. Rooms were nice, but NO microwaves. Hot tub was not even warm, and only 2 of 6 jets were working. Not a typical Marriott stay in any way. Won't return.

Bathtub did not drain made it disgusting. Called front desk and left message no resolve until I called again in the morning.

Everything was great until we were sleeping in the morning (only 9am) and an unknown person or house keeping used a key and opened up our door. No knock at all. Only thing preventing them from getting in was the door stopper. Very startling to wake up to. When we went to check, we found out our keys no longer worked. Reported it to the front desk, she was very nice but didn’t give a reason for why this could have happened.

Property was excellent for a quick stay. Clean, quiet and front desk staff was fantastic! Held our rooms past midnight when our travel was delayed. Excellent property!

This was our first time at this Courtyard. It was quiet at night. Is in a nice setting, but does face the highway on one side. We did not have a room on the highway side. We also did not have a balcony, as some rooms do.

Shower/toilet area rather large. The sink is outside of that area. Bed was too firm for our tastes. The hotel was clean, but the carpet didn’t feel clean. A slight dampness to the room. The loveseat looked worn out. We had a small fridge we used. There is no microwave in the room.

The Bistro was busy, but we did not eat there. The employees were friendly and upon checkout, asked how my stay was and if the pillows, etc. were to my satisfaction. It’s always a plus when a hotel has friendly employees who care about the guests.

I would recommend this hotel, especially if you like a firm mattress. It was a turn off for us, however.

Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Cleveland Airport North and while the room was a bit smaller than I expected, it was clean, comfortable, and functional. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful at check-in. The room includes a fridge, but no microwave—though there’s one available in the lobby. Like many Courtyards now, this location has moved away from offering a traditional breakfast. Instead, there’s a sit-down café setup serving Starbucks products and food items available for purchase. While convenient, I still personally prefer the older breakfast model. Overall, a solid stay with great staff and a comfortable room.
