Countryside Inn and Suites

There were stains on the bath towels and a pillow. The heating unit didn’t work so we had to switch. Hallways had debris on the carpet. The drawers on the dresser would not stay shut, so there they constantly open

Dirty carpet with area of dried substance 6” across, no ice in the ice machine on the third floor, no vending machine that worked on the third floor fire detector was beeping all day and night, stairwell was utilized through the night for cigarette smokers that were going down the stairwell from the third floor to the outside in the back. No TV remote had to ask desk clerk, desk, clerk, constantly on telephone breakfast with a joke round, scrambled egg and waffle. No machines were working for water juice, etc. no yogurt no milks terrible will not be back.

We were suppose to be here for a 3 day business trip for my husband. They cut it to one night. Hotel wouldn’t give us a refund, manager said it wasn’t his problem they have a contract to follow. Our room smelt awful, the tub didn’t drain, toilet didn’t flush, and the sheets were nasty. And the air in our room didn’t work it didn’t go below 76 in the room even with a fan on that we bought. Definitely will never stay here again, one of the worst hotels I ever been to. Vending machines were out of order as well, ice machines out of order, and pool. Nothing worked!

Shower curtain rod broken

The room smelled very musty. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom as well as underneath the caulking around the soap holders. The smoke detector was completely disabled in the room. I put the bath at on the bathroom floor. When I picked it up, the mat was dirty from the unwashed floor.
In front of the hotel, a building had been demolished; rubble was everywhere. Workers from the hotel next door were smoking pot in the parking lot. Since it was only one night, we decided to stay. Needless to say, we did not partake of the breakfast.
Never again.

I had a large room with nice furniture but there were bugs I had to spray.

Room #302 had a clean bed. The floor was not vacuumed well between the furniture, like the desk and dresser. The shower tub drained far too slowly for a comfortable shower. The ceiling has a drip in one spot leaving a wet spot on the floor. And the fabric shower curtain smelled like body odor. The hotel staff was pleasant and the building was quiet at night. We had a place to stay for the night, but maintenance was lacking.

Very run down. Needs a lot of help. Wouldn't recommend.

overall not in good shape especially mold

The two rooms we were offered smelled so bad that we couldn't stay in them. Terrible smell. I have no idea what it was but smelled like garbage or worse. Had to search for other accomodations which took several hours and alot of hassle.

Bugs in rooms, smelled like smoke in multiple rooms, construction zone in front - did not stay. Want refund.

We arrived to our room late in the evening after an event there were no towels in our room. We had to call a manager to check in. Our room did not look like it had been cleaned. The sheets had stains on them and there was black mold in the bathroom. Would never stay again

Worn down, dirty, musty, smoking allowed, butts everywhere. Only decent thing was breakfast but who knows how cleanly it was prepared.

This place was less than desirable. There is a demolished hotel in front of the property with garbage/debris even in the wood line behind. Walked up to many outside the entry door smoking pot. Check in was very stiff and formal absolutely no personality. Room was older and somewhat clean but definitely could use an update. Towel was stained with a very large and noticeable blood stain. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The place smelled. The reservations were given to someone else. Pool was down for repairs, ice machine was broken and vending machine was broken. Poor lightening. Pictures on yhe website made it look much better than it was. There was a demolished building in tge front of the hotel with alot of debri.

This facility was filthy, there was no staff to make up our room, we had a hassle, getting clean towels, the second day and overall very poorly run and managed. I understand it’s under construction, but that does not negate the fact that the rooms and the management of the facility were very poor

The room is terrible cleanliness shape. Dust, hair, stains on sheets and comforters, loose tiles.

This was the most gross hotel room I have ever experienced and basing it off reviews, I was not expecting 5 stars but at least a properly cleaned room and a bathroom that smelled like urine. I even found linens smushed in one of the drawers. While we were staying at the location there was an abandoned restaurant that was being torn down!! If it would have not been that I was traveling based on an emergency, and didn’t have the proper time I would have left.
